SCAM ALERT ?? I ordered treats in May, they took my money and never sent the packages. I attempted to contact them multiple times. They claimed to be 4-5weeks behind in orders. I asked for a refund and they stopped responding to me. I have sent multiple requests without any solutions. They loop you in to ordering more treats when you attempt to get you prepaid order from Groupon. SCAM STAY AWAY!Review from Deba R

Do NOT purchase from this company. They take your money but never sent the product. You can only send an email but only get a generic response. Order was placed 12/8/22. It's 4/2023 and still waiting. Covid in NOT a good excuse anymoreReview from Melody G

I bought from group on and when I tried to redeem my coupon they charged me more and when I tried to get ahold of them they only answered with some automated response and I have not received my purchase or my money and they have no way of getting ahold of someone. Groupon has stopped responding to my emails and I either want my purchase or my money back. This company needs to close their doors and be prosecuted for theft. I want an answer and I want it soon either from bully sticks club or Groupon. Shame on these people.Review from Angela B

Do not do any business with this company. I had an extra package of dog treats on my order and was charged for them. I immediately contacted them about it, and even though the order wouldn't be shipped out for at least seven more days, they refused to adjust my order. 1. They do not respond to their emails. 2. Once you order, they keep charging you every month and you cannot cancel. 3. They have a website where you can create an account, but once you've signed in you end up on the home-page where it tells you to sign in again. 4. There is no phone number to talk with anyone. 5. They do not respond to snail-mail. 6. Their product goes up X4 the original price - instead of paying $1/stick, you end up paying $4/stick and it's a monthly recurrence. Just so frustrated with them. I bought a product from the company and paid shipping on August of 2022. They will not send me a refund or give me my product. It’s not much money but it’s the principle I have contacted them many times. There is no phone number to talk to a live person.Review from Keith R

This company is a scam. Their website is a loop and you cannot get any information nor is there a telephone number to call. Their email address is also a loop and they just send automated emails back to you. Do not make any purchases from them.
