I have renewed my insurance on the 3rd, Thursdays of last week and because of the incompetence of RMIS my Company is still in Uncertified status. My insurance agent have provided them with COI’s multiple times in different days. I have called several times, waited over an hour to speak to someone, chosen to stay on their cue and be called back but haven’t been…I have been certified to work with other companies like Carsarrive and United Road days ago but with you guys. I usually move a ton of loads for you daily and weekly and it’s been about a week or longer since I booked my last load. Since then I have finished up a few loads that were on my board. Was just called by Monique dispatcher, offered a load and I accepted it. Minutes later she texted me saying that it was not possible because I was under Uncertified Status… she asked me if I had reached out to you guys here and that this has happened before to other carriers and I said I would reach you. RMIS has been Extremely unprofessional and hard to work with. I’m going to have to report them and leave A review hoping I can get back up and running today!!! Please help me out solving this issue ASAP. Thanks for your attention in advance!

This company undeniably lacks basic customer service, reflecting an utter lack of courtesy and professionalism. Their helplines are unreceptive and non-responsive, making remediation virtually impossible for customers. Despite repeated attempts to communicate over two days and numerous requests for callbacks, not a single response was received. It's truly disheartening to see such a dismal state of affairs, turning the customer service experience into a regrettable fiasco. Their service is desperately falling short of expectations, needing substantial improvement.

I renewed my insurance and my agent sent the COI. They have not updated my profile and I have lost four loads due to their inaccuracy. I have been on hold for over 2 hours. I also selected to receive a call back three hours ago. This is ridiculous.

Insurance carrier submitted COI to RMIS 30 days ago. RMIS indicated they were going to expedite processing and brokers/shippers could see within 30 minutes. As of today's date, RMIS has not processed the COI preventing this business from obtaining loads from brokers/shippers. RMIS Telephone calls often take 20 minutes or more before someone addresses your issue. This process is not difficult. It only involves verification of information from insurance company. I will be filing legal action as they have caused irreparable damage to me and my company by willfully posting inaccurate information. This company should be banned from operating in the trucking industry with its lack of professionalism and sub-par work standards. This company is quick to post cancellations. Need this same drive and intensity to process COIs. Business is losing revenue waiting on compliance. MC 1****99.

Not real time. RMIS can't update a business's insurance certificate for 1-2 days; this will shut down their broker boards until RMIS updates them. (Some companies have at least 9 boards this will shut down) If a business pays for an insurance renewal on the day the renewals due this automatically will shut them down for two business days. If it's a weekend it will shut them down longer. (unless the company doesn't use RMIS, which all the bigger companies do now) Businesses lose a lot of money because of this. They say they can't do anything about it, and you have to wait on hold for usually at least 30 minutes to get a hold of them if you can at all. Worst company we've dealt with in this industry.

Not only has RMIS streamlined my onboarding process but it also helped me stop **15** fraudulent carriers just in the first week of me using RMIS. I can't express enough how much I love using it. My brokers love how easy it is and my carriers love how streamlined the process is. Not to mention that most of the fraudulent carriers won't even attempt to use RMIS once I send them the link. If you want to protect your business, use this product. I've been a broker for 28 years and I haven't had it easier!

Recently, RMIS took the liberty to send out an insurance cancellation concerning our trucking company. We lost 7 plus loads because of their inaccurate, false, and erroneous notification. Our insurance was not canceled and the insurance company never issued a cancellation. Because it was due on the 10th and we paid it the morning of the 10th, (which is legal and acceptable in business), RMIS sent out a cancellation which never was. Then they don't answer phone and use several days to reinstate their incorrect notification. I can't hardly believe that there is not a more business like company for vendors to use. RMIS should be fined & sued for lost loads behind cancellations that are not accurate! OMG! They will never be BBB accredited. We must unite and urge our clients to find another insurance monitoring company!

RMIS is a royal pain in the bucket. One of our most valuable customers uses RMIS, and we must be certified through RMIS to get paid for work done. Business owners do not have time to monitor the RMIS web portal and to decipher insurance language. Unfortunately, my client uses them, and so I must continue to jump through hoops in order to get paid for work already completed. Worse, is that I must also go through these hoops every time my insurance renews... yearly. Even my insurance agent has emailed me to tell me how crazy they are. ARE YOU A BUSINESS LOOKING TO USE RMIS? BEWARE! Your VENDORS will absolutely hate hate hate hate HATE you. Can I leave a 0 rating instead?

It has been 1 whole month since I provided proof of commercial liability to RMIS, Amazon’s 3rd party insurance verification company, and they still haven’t updated that in their system so that my trucking company may work with amazon and do loads for them. This is frustrating because that’s 1 whole month of business lost. My insurance agent has been on hold with them over the phone for 3 WHOLE WORK DAYS and they don’t reply to emails, calls or messages until weeks later just to say “we are working on it” what do you work on that takes so long? All they have to do is receive and upload the file to their system so that Amazon can see and say “oh yes they do have insurance Okay ???? “ they literally have nothing else to do, yet they take their sweet time. And it seems like they just want to waste our time. I called today to see why it’s taking so long and they hung up after being on hold for 2 hours. I didn’t even get to say a word out. Honestly Amazon should just drop them. Useless dishonest slowwww company worth not even the dirt off my shoes.
