            I purchased a 2018 ****** Mirai from Ultimate Autoline the seller is *****. I put down a $1000 down payment and financed the remaining amount for the car. I have the had car for 4 days and the car had a total system failure. I was trying to evacuate my from the recent fires and the car would not go in reverse. Fuel cell system failure, break system failure and visit dealer displayed on dash. I contacted ***** and let him know that he sold me a faulty car and problem just used a scanner to wipe the uses before my purchase. ***** had the car towed the the ****** dealership. I contacted the ****** dealership and they have no record of the car being brought in. I do not know where the car currently is and I have not heard back from *****.

            November 2022. Purchased a ***** xc90. I was told the only thing it needed was rack and pinion steering. Within 3 ****************** issues began. I took car to a repair shop who indicated it needed a new transmission and that the floor boards needed to be replaced due to an oil leak. I paid roughly 9k and the repairs would be 11k . I relayed this info to the owner *****, who said he would call me back. He did not. I left him a message indicating I did not want to go to court for auto fraud, but that I would. No response. Attached is the estimate for repairs.

            You bought a car from them no less than a year ago it ended up completely going out on us and their mechanic that has taken care of it had said that if we got it told all the way to him he could take care of it they gave me their word that they would handle it and there would be no cost to us they lied then they closed it would help us get another vehicle they lied her car was towed we were never paid out money for the car and now we're carless and had to spend money that we didn't have including being degrade and asked how we were going to pay since I'm disable and have no job
