  The realtor failed to keep the property maintained after several calls and text about broken things inside the unit. We have plugs that are shot and not working. We have a leaky roof, damage starting from the living room then goes to the hallway where it leaks then the master room where there used to be mold at. The tile in the kitchen is lifting and has created a hazard and the tile in the other bathrooms are trying to lift also. There's mold in the front of the home and it's starting to grow in our kitchen window the most.Theres roaches that will pop out here and there and she sprayed and was told there still here and haven't heard anything back since. We still have a broken garbage disposal that has already been documented by *************************************** (The ********* Team) our Renting Agent. And yes we write our rent out to "The ********* Team" through an account.

  Upon review of the complaint and supporting documents this issue is in no way related to any transactions or files that include Keller Williams Realty Whittier or any of our affiliated locations.  The supporting documentation and initial complaint do make reference to an agent that is on our roster, ***************************************, however ********** is an independent contractor with Keller Williams in the capacity of a Realtor for the purposes of listing and purchasing real estate, and this particular issue appears to be in reference to either personal real estate or a rental agreement matter wherein Keller Williams has no affiliation.  As the supporting documentation provided by ************************* shows, at no time is Keller Williams connected with this matter.  All supporting documents make reference to either "Investor's ***************************************** or "APM ******************** LLC", neither of which are businesses with any relationship to Keller Williams Realty Whittier.  The rental agreement provided by ************************* dating back to a term beginning on September 1st, 2008 names "Investor's ***************************************** as the responsible business or party, which has no relation or agency to our business or files.

  Due to *************************************** changing the names to her buisnesses and claiming other management companies while working under Keller Williams. I have decided to escalade this matter to the proper people to handle the issues moving forward.
