Excellent Experience Working with ***** and Sergio :)
Worked on a deal with CashNVestors where I found the deal, and CashNVestors supplied the experience and capital for the flip.
They handled everything so smoothly, taught me a lot along the way, and produced a fantastic final product that we sold for 70,000 dollars above asking price!
Overall highly recommend working with these two guys - they are amazing :)

One of the most professional and experienced teams I've worked with. My team has been selling homes along the foothills for over 35 years and CashNvestors have been one of the cleanest and hassle free transactions we've had in a while. Their team toured the property once, made an offer and performed on time! Their team was very accommodating to my clients timelines and respected my clients requested notices to access the home during escrow.
