I had a very positive experience with Hadley Tow. After requesting assistance, *** told me 1 hour until tow truck arrival. I got a call 10 minutes later from Hadley and the tow truck driver said hed be there in 5 minutes. **************** were great - kind, helpful, and friendly. They towed me to the repair shop without any problems. I recommend this company.Review from Marcus B

They called us out on a service on deck a tow truck did not tell us there was already a truck on the bed that we needed to set it up high so we sent a 25 ton tow truck out and it could not do the job so we had to call a rotator out and told them it was ****** hr base to base the dispatcher agreed to it so we did the service and then at completion of job they refuse to pay the bill out there for 4 hrs and they trick us on doing service for them because and that why lot of us don't take card over phone because of people like this there driver was rude would not let us do your job he had his two cents to put in on everything we did just to do it for free I FId up with company's like this they need to be shut down if you agree to a price you should pay it or refuse the service before it starts this is a bad companyReview from Kathleen K

STRANDED - ABANDONED by Hadley towing. I placed a AAA service call on 2/15 at 6:11pm. Hadley responded and quoted 1 hour. That went by, I had a phone call at 7:45 from ******, their driver to confirm my location. While on the phone, the time quote updated to 8:11pm. Then when I called AAA at 8:40pm, the time quote updated again to after 11pm. Hadley has a location within 5 miles of where I was broken down. This is bait and switch, a breech of implied contract and the ********** of ********* and CA Consumer Protection will be hearing from me. I have all the documentation and names. Do NOT trust Hadley Towing, or AAA. Did I mention I have been a AAA member for 32 years? I called them and they could not have cared less.Review from Ram R

This company of tyrants is more than a problem for the whole community, not only are their drivers a danger on the road when they race down residential streets but their drivers also verbally assault people even if they are in the wrong, the management there is a joke the dispatch feels like she owns the place talks to you like you owe her something the management gets defensive when you let them know there's a problem. This place has been a problem in our community for years but now feel entitled enough to brush off any complaints about the dangerous drivers they have . Hadley Tow is a shady operation and has no concern for customers or local business. They recently dropped a car in front of my business late at night that was intended for another shop about 150 away. I called dispatch as soon as I saw what was happening (I was alerted by my security cameras) and they refused to move the car to the correct business. Not only was it at the wrong business it was unloaded across 3 parking spaces leaving me with no parking in front of my own business. I told dispatch I was going to have the car impounded and she said "what ever you need to do" then put me on hold and never came back to the phone. A few weeks ago they delivered a car to the neighboring business at about noon and then the driver pulled his truck across all of parking/loading area. He appeared to eat his lunch, then tossed his unfinished drink and trash out of his truck and drove away. A month ago another driver pulled across my shop after dropping a car at another shop in our complex and got out and urinated in my driveway, this was at about 1pm with all business opened. Class operation. Hadley should not have a city contract and I hope the city of Whittier looks into this and pulls the contract.Review from Thomas V

June 24, 2022 at around 12pm; Hadley Tow was dispatched through AAA SOCAL for 3rd time, not to use Hadley Tow, however, dispatched Hadley Tow at Fleet services Anaheim Shop to pickup RV bus. Request 1 day early Thursday June 23rd, to avoid delay, and issues associated with the Drop lot that requested a certain time frame due to the fact that they had a current deadline and work not to be bothered, upon delivery of my RV Bus, Hadley Tow was unable to drop off RV bus and driver had no tools to pull drive axle to roll back off the land haul they used. Unable to perform caused delay and issues with the receiving shop that had caused damage while trying to drop off rv bus. An affidavit has been filed along with government, private organizations and City agencies to provide relief from this corrupt behavior by holding the RV bus hostage stating and threatening $200 per hour ...Numerous calls and attempts to locate the RV bus thru Hadley Tow, spoke with Dispatcher Bernadette that stated Mr Bob Hadley, owner of Hadley Tow quit and was not available. Bernadette stated that she would call me back and never did with the Status of the RV bus...
