  I purchased a 2007 *** 650i for $8000, on Offer Up. 1).The advertisement stated the car had blue tooth, am/fm radio, satellite radio, cd player, dvd player, HID, etc. The car had no audio whatsoever. Owner knew there was no audio. When i mentioned it to him he promised to fix it. He has been stringing me along for 3 months now . First he told me to find stereo shop to handle it and he would pay for it. I went to 3 dif places and was told it was corroded from water leaking into the trunk. They said i needed amplifier, satelite radio and radio tuner, 3 different components replaced and that the car did not have blue toothe. False Advertisement . After months of my wasting my time and gas with never having intentions to fix it, he finally said he wasnt paying more than $200!!!!2). i purchased a convertible, the top is supposed to go up and down. During my test drive it failed to function on my first attempt. It worked my second attempt but only worked intermittently and now doesnt function at all. He refuses to acknowledge or believe the fact that it doesnt work. ********* was one of the reasons i wanted the car .3). the tire pressure malfunction light was on and is still on. He said it would reset after a certain amount of miles. I have since purchased two new back tires due to two flats in 2 days. I took the car to a German car specialist for a diagnostic test, they told me the tires are 8 years old!!!! Thats a safety hazard!! 4). HID does not function. One headlight was out and the halogen is out amongst the parking , reverse and other lights. 5). The car was missing a plastic part on the back passenger side ( cosmetic) and he promised to replace it but hasnt. 5). Prior to buying car i asked about the last oil change, was told by owner it was changed two months ago. but My engine oil light came on snd then he told me that he was wrong that he thought they had done it two months ago. And told me to get it changed . 6). i want a refund for my $8000 and whatever my expenses will be at the time of resolution . At this time it is $468 for two new tires, $150 oil change, $95 for diagnostic test, $200 for audio diagnostics, $60 gas for driving to various vendors on a wild goose ****, $100 for my time.
