Worst person to work with. Owner is Pasha who hires contractors who do a bad job. My installation was done on December 2023 and never got activated as of December 2024. I had Pasha remove all my panels and battery. He had another set of contractors remove them and did a poor job of patching my roof as well as where the battery has mounted. I tried calling Pasha but he refuses to pick up the phone. Please do not go this this company as he lies. You will never get a response back once he has your money. I am not sure what he has done with the battery as well as the solar panels as SunPower has gone bankrupt.Review from Ana E

I am writing to seek your assistance with a very troubling experience I am having with this company. After months of waiting for the system, it was finally delivered two weeks ago, but an installation date has still not been scheduled.I have raised this issue directly with ********, but they have not provided any support. I took out a loan on top of the lease in January 2024, but I have yet to receive any funds. When I expressed my desire to cancel, I was informed that I would need to pay a $2500 cancellation fee. This puts me in a difficult position, as they are aware I do not have the $2500 and are essentially pressuring me to continue with the project.The solar panels and battery have been sitting in my driveway for the past two weeks, and this situation is causing me significant frustration.Hamed, could you please advise on how I can contact you directly to discuss this matter further?*******************Review from Hamed A

One star is even too much for this company. I gave them my solar project. The owner explained the plan at the time of contract; But installation was totally different than their contract which caused a lot of complications on my roof. I asked them to come and fix the issues many times, they failed couple of times to show. Finally, they sent someone that who sided with this company on the issues; but, when I showed them the issues, their worker confirmed the errors. I paid for SunPower system; they brought me different converter box that SunPower did not approve it to be theirs. They finished the solar project without running the system. I had to beg for them to come out and fix the issue after 3 months when project was finished. The came and changed the converter box to SunPower unit and still I have a issued with that. They set up to get the fund directly from finance company without me knowing that. There was another project that I heard they sent different solar panels than they promised on the contract. Do not TRUST this company and specially the owner. I am going to complain against their license, their bond, and their insurance policy. If anyone has our standing issue, please send me a message and I will show you the proper way to handle this matter.
