I purchased a 3 month supply of Keranew and after 2.5 monthd, I didn't feel like there was a change in my hair loss. I had saved my bottles and contacted customer service. They honored their money back guarantee. Thr caveat was that I had to send back the three glass bottles at my expense. In lieu of sending back the bottles, Kintsugi offered me a discounted refund. I can't recall how much it was but I thought it was fair and it saved me the ****** of returning the bottles Boy, was I wrong!!! My hair started falling out again....handfuls in the shower and that was after brushing it out before hand. I started taking Keranew again and after 2.5 months, I was able to use my large claw clip again to put my hair up. I had downsized to a smaller clip in 2019 and then my hair thinned out so much on the top that there wasn't anything for the small claw clip to grab onto. I think it is sometimes difficult for a person to maintain objectivity where their own traits are concerned. Sometimes we want to remedy a situation so desperately that we have unrealistic expectations. I have been taking Keranew consistently for a year (after stopping post 90 day trial). Is my hair as thick as it was 12 years ago? No but I am post menopausal and not taking any hormonal supplements. However, my part no longer reveals a landing strip of white scalp. The hair on either side of my forehead has filled in. I can't say if my hair is growing faster because I keep it long and wear it up 99% of the time and don't cut it on a regular schedule. That hasn't ever been an issue for me, so I didn't pay particular attention when I started taking the supplement. The growth did slow down around 48 years of age but my hair always grew so incredibly fast, so even after slowing down, my growth was around average. I will be purchasing another 12 month supply come Black Friday/Cyber Monday. Buying in bulk reduces the cost per bottle significantly.

I have been using KeraNew for a few months now and I am excited! My hair had begun falling out in a large amounts, in the shower, brushing my hair, and even running my fingers through would gather more loose hair. My hair has decreased immensely in the amount that is falling out and I'm finding new growth every day! I will be ordering more and am interested looking into your other products!
