Absolutely horrible experience. Didn't take my vehicle in until 4.5 hours AFTER my appointment time, after they told me it would be ready. They didn't even address the problem. All they did was take apart my seat, go to lunch, and put it back together while i watched them. On top of that, they still charged me for "services". What services did they provide? Taking my car back almost 5 hours past my appointment time? Wasting my entire day? Taking apart the chair and going to lunch? Putting the chair back together and saying the technician did 2 hours of work? Oh? While he was on lunch he did all that work? Worst place I've ever been

I am unable to locate this name or email in my system to try and address customer concerns. I would be more than happy to work directly with the customer if they would like. We want to assure our customers have a world class experience and it doesn't seem like this was the case in this instance. Please provide more information to help as try and resolve the issue. I have brought in my 2021 **** f-150 raptor to this dealership because I was hearing a loud clunking sound coming from the front end of my truck which has under **** miles on at the moment. They inspected the vehicle and said that the front differential mounting bracket was broken causing front driveshaft to rub on sway bar, advising for the replacement of the front differential and front driveshaft. The service advisor, ******************************* simply accused me of vehicle abuse just because there was sand under the vehicle. I live in ********** and go to the beach periodically, just with the fact that there was sand found under the vehicle, this dealership moved to the decision that my vehicle will not be covered under warranty, now it's a $95000 truck that **** claims and advertises to be used for OFF-ROADING use, but does not want to cover my vehicle under warranty. My vehicle is under warranty, there are no signs of damage on the vehicle skid plates, the under carriage of the vehicle has no signs of damage either, but this dealership claims my vehicle was abused, therefore denied to repair my vehicle under warranty.
