Do not do business with this company. I hired Mega Solar to installed my solar system and my battery. The system was in its first few months when I started having system problem. A few months later the system went off grid again and is currently not functioning. My installer *** ******, who admitted the problem is with my system. He said the company agreed that I have faulty equipment. He then said thru an email, that if I want him to come out and take care of my problem, He is going to charge me $500.00 dollars. I am disappointed and ****** that a company recommended by *** (Mega) is refusing to get my system up and running. My next move is Civil Court........Review from Ken S

There is a good reason that Mega has so many 5-star reviews. They did a great job installing my system. I am very happy with it. I would give them 5 stars for that too.The problem isthat is not where their responsibility ends. They are responsible for monitoring your system to make sure its functioning at all times. Its in their contract. In fact, when there is a problem, the only people who are warned about it are at Mega. The homeowner never gets a warning.So imagine my shock when I got a $2000+ electricity bill, and checked to find out that my inverter had stopped working 3 months earlier. Where was the monitoring? The warnings?Okmistake made. Just replace my inverter and cover the cost of my electricity bill. Yeahno. They gave me a new inverter, but thats where they think their responsibility ends.After weeks and months of emails and phone calls, and giving Mega every chance to make this right. They finally offered me 25% of the bill amount. Nopenot right. Entirely their fault.Then silence. Nothing from them. No response at all. So, these reviews Im leaving are my only recourse and the only way to let others know about Mega Solar.Anyone who wants more inforeach out to me. I have the email chain and the data from my SolarEdge monitoring app to back up my story.
