In January of last year I was informed I was the grand prize winner of the Find the Gold contest. This prize included a trip to an event, signed ****, signed jersey, meet and greet with am *** player, and pass to the show In order to be able to win you had to have entry(s) which on average costs about $390 per entry ($13 per tile, 1 in 30 chance of being gold). They used this contest to boost sales which I'm all for. When it came down to the show I was given access to show and hotel paid for. They failed to give the meet and greet (never had anyone lined up). Although I find this to be questionable at best we resolved this issue privately. The last part is the signed jersey that I still haven't received. I've gotten the run around for almost 9 months. It should not take this long to get the prize that should have already been in hand. While I would like the signed jersey I spent a lot of money to win my main reason for posting is to warn about Sequoia Games. They abruptly gave up on the community, were disingenuous and talking the future of our investment and they have gone radio silent on the app being down, prizes owed, etc. What I would like as a resolution is a signed jersey of at least equal value to what I was told I would be receiving.Thank you.

We purchased flex *** products for our kids in two separate transactions. 11/29/2023 - $94.97 and 12/8/2023 - $191.94. The game requires an app, which has never worked since downloading (see screen shots). Ive contacted the company through their website, and was told it would be fixed shortly (see messaging correspondence screen shots). I asked for a refund, and was denied but was given a $70 store credit. Now, their website (flex***.com)is not even accessible (see screenshot). I would like a full refund.
