Where do I start? How about day one?- When I go to sign the papers, the rent is $100 more than advertised on the website. When I mention it, they asked me if I printed a copy?- We knew there was a cockroach problem and VF promised to deal with it. On the first night, my daughter wakes me up because she has bed bugs crawling all over her bed. I paid my own pest control guy to investigate and document that they were there before we were, because I'd already learned I could not trust these people.- They rent the unit next to us to a bunch of meth addicts who liked to brawl in the driveway.- I got an angry letter about having a dog and trashing the back yard. It was my neighbors who had the dog and trashed THEIR yard.- I got another letter stating that VF entered my house while I was not home, but my teenagers daughters were (in their rooms, thankfully) without any prior notice. Pretty sure that's breaking a couple of laws.- When I finally could not take it, I moved out. They took my $2000 deposit and claimed I owed them ANOTHER $3000 because they had to fill nail holes in the walls where I had hung up pictures, and trim the backyard. It was early spring after months of rain and I wasn't going to take the weed-eater to 3ft of wet weeds. Of course I'm sure that money was also going to pay for removing the huge pile of trash that was there when I moved in and they never removed, or the extensive maintenence work they did to the exterior that I wasn't responsible for.These people are slum lords and crooks. I know housing ***** but if you have any other option I would strongly recommend avoiding them like the plague. Or you could put your family at risk and end up in a legal battle, fighting a massive fraudulent charge to upgrade the property when you leave.

Hi ******************* valley fair reality the worst ******************* in Yuba and ****** County I rented from these people 20 years ago that's the worst thing I could have done in my life they are the most dishonest ******************* ain't nothing but a scam they will wreck your credit and you will be homeless for 7 to 10 years you got kids you will lose them for life they put so many other people out there for fake reviews have them people lie for them say they are good on repair they are protected illegal landlords do not want to fix responsibility when you move out it don't got to be right away but they will give you a huge repair **** what did the owner did not want to fix Valley fair reality need to go out of business along with Statewide collecting valley fair reality they are on ******** now please Yuba and ****** County please do not rent from them you will lose your life we need to do a petition against them to shut them down or being investigated CPS got so many kids because of a scandalous ******************* I want to go to Jr ***** or Congress take care Yuba and ****** County and God bless *******.))
