I paid for a 12 month flea medicine for my dog back in summer of 2022. I only got 6 months supply because that is all they had in stock and It was noted that I was to come back and get the other 6 months supply. However since its been over a year since I picked up the first 6 months. I had to pay for an exam to receive the other 6 months which I understood. So today 7/30/24 I came for an exam and when it was time to pay. I was told there was no note on my account. They refused to get a manager involved because she was in a meeting and would call me when she got a chance. I told them I did not feel comfortable paying for the exam without speaking to a manger first because the only reason I got the exam was so I could receive the 6 month supply that I repaid for. I left without paying $80 for the exam letting them know I needed to speak to a manager before I paid. They told me if I didnt pay right then and there, they were going to send it to collections. 1 month pill is $36 and they owe me 6 pills which comes out to a little over $200 Ive paid to them and have not received the medication for my dog. It is unfortunate that a veterinary clinic would care more about their money than helping the animals. I have been going to this vet for over 20 years and to be treated like a lair was very upsetting. This is not how a business should be ran.
