On June 17, 2020, Flashbyte Digital LLC or Flashfire LLC withdrew my normal monthly payment of $69.00 for internet service from my bank account. As of June 19, 2024, my internet service was still working fine. On June 20, 2024, I went out of town, returning on June 24, 2024. When I returned, I had no internet service, and I have had none since then. I have tried restarting my router several times to no avail. I have called and left voicemails with the company and they have not returned my phone calls. I have emailed the company and received no response. I have tried to go to the companys website, and it appears to no longer be working. I called my bank and disputed the $69 charge from June 17 and placed a stop payment on my account for any future attempts by the company to take payment. I do not know what is going on with this company, and I have no internet service and no way to contact them. Their address in ************* is about 45 minutes drive from my house, and Im not sure its a good idea to go there.
