Out of the Woodworks provided exceptional service and exceeded expectations for our stair railing renovation. As someone looking to support local businesses, I was impressed by their transparent pricing and collaborative approach. Cristina was particularly helpful in guiding us toward design choices that fit our budget, without any pressure to upgrade unnecessarily. What stood out was their flexibility in allowing us to participate in the prep work. Brian’s attention to detail during installation was outstanding. I found the combination of Brian’s craftsmanship and Cristina’s customer service exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be returning for future woodworking needs!Review from Dan B

Brian and Christina did a great job on our new stairs! The stairs look fantastic! My wife and I really liked the design assistance at the beginning of the project. We had ideas on how we wanted it, but Christina was able to guide us on materials, options, and share her experience on what works based on previous projects. Brian has a great attention to detail and the project turned out perfect. The bid process was straight forward and communication was excellent. Know that if you go with them you may have to wait a while. They do the work themselves and don't have a large crew that they contract out to do the work. This means it will take longer to get on their schedule, but you can be assured that Brian will be doing the work himself. Overall it was a great experience. *** *Review from Mark T

From start to finish our staircase, handrails, and hardwood flooring project performed by Out of the Woodworks was first class. Christina provided a detailed estimate that was accurate, fair, and reasonable and also provided excellent design suggestions. They took special care to match our desired stain color. Communication and daily cleanup was excellent. Brian is a true craftsman and took special care to do the job right - no shortcuts. We are very happy with the work that Out of the Woodworks did for us and highly recommend them!Review from Rachel Q

We could not be happier with the quality workmanship, attention to detail, communication and overall service provided by Brian and Christina at Out of the Woodworks. We had a builder grade orange oak handrail that I hated from the day we moved into our home 17 years ago. Brian and Christina came to our house to assess the project and provide options for getting the updated look we wanted with natural maple newel posts and handrail, and iron balusters. They provided a fair and accurate quote, completed the work on time and delivered beyond our expectations. The finished handrail and custom newel posts are absolutely beautiful and we also had them replace a half wall cap to match. I recommend Out of the Woodworks 100%!!!Review from Pamela G

Brian and Christina from Out of the Woodworks did an impeccable job on our railings and newel posts. They were the only business that came out to our home and actually assessed the project. They listened to all our desires and needs. They guided us through the process gently and professionally. They were timely in their estimate of arrival and completion. Their attention to detail is second to none. Brian and Christina gave our home an updated look. It far exceeded our expectation. They were professional, kind and clean. I was looking high and low for refinishing of old sea trunks from my father. Out of the Woodworks came to the rescue and did an absolutely outstanding job! Brian and Team did a fantastic job on my new handrail. It was old and outdated and Brian helped me design something modern, clean, and beautiful. His team was extremely professional when they came onsite and the finished product is perfect. Pricing is very fair as well.Review from Eric B.

I had an ugly, builder grade staircase from 1979. Brian and Bill did an amazing job updating my staircase to the 21st Century. They are very meticulous and careful with each step of the remodel. It was fairly extensive job and done wonderfully. It is really a work of art. They are true Craftsmen. That's extremely rare in this day and age. Christina was also very professional, and had great input for the design phase. Really glad I picked Out of the Woodworks for my project.
