I put in an application here for a car loan and had an absolutely horrible customer service experience. I came into the branch on 7/27 to apply for an auto loan and I was told I needed to apply online because they closed soon. I went home and applied that day as directed by the employee who sent me a link for the application. Then throughout that week I made multiple attempts to proceed with no luck at all until I finally got a hold of the woman who directed to me apply online. She made an excuse that she didnt see my application but she would now to get to work on it. From then on I had to continually prompt her to process my application. She says she would send me a link to upload a list of documents. That never happened so I took matters into my own hands and just emailed the docs she said she needed over the phone. Again I needed to attempt to contact her multiple times to finally get a response. I gave her all all the requested docs but now she said my registration would not work because it was a temporary. Find so I went online to the my Colorado app and retrieved my registration there and emails it to her on 8/3/24. She again never attempted to contact me to proceed with the loan and ignored my emails and voicemails asking when we could proceed. My final attempt was on 8/8 and when that didnt work I called customer service. Those folks said she would call me the following day, today 8/9. Finally she called me and acted completely clueless and didnt even know that I had sent her the registration 7 days ago. I honestly couldnt even fathom how this could happen but I was ready to let that go until I finally get her to send me loan docs. Now the loan docs didnt even match the way my car was titled. I was then told I was wrong about how my car was to be titled even though I had proof since I had the title in my possession. I asked to title the car like it was already titled and she said that couldnt be done.

We have had an account since 2019. Lately the workers a have called us stating we need to adjust our payment amounts to match the interest payment. So we do. Then today we were told that we owed an insane amount of money and were being sent to collections. We asked foe them to look it over again because there was no way we owed that much. They again were insistent that we owed that much. It took us having to pull up the account ourselves and showing the banker our last payment. Apparently they couldn't do the basic math to see that we paid! That's extremely alarming since this person works at a bank! Now we've been sent to collections for no reason and this worker acted like their error was our fault. This bank makes it extremely hard to understand statements. Statements come out way after we make our payments. We've asked to receive statements earlier and never get them. We've asked for help with understanding the statements and the online system and never get help. It's frustrating.

Every time I call them I have to wait 1 hour, they promised me a credit card and they didn't comply, they promised me a personal loan and they didn't comply either, they made me wait two weeks and all just to give me a negative answer, I didn't look for another credit options confident that they had promised me a loan and it was not like that, then they told me that they could skip my next payment on a car loan and they did not, and now I owe more money, and I am overdrawn in my bank account thanks to them

We made a payment for the first time over the phone. We normally do cash payments directly to a branch, but was unable to do so since I was out of town and only had the option to do it over the phone. We were cutting it close to 30 days but I called to make sure it did not go past that amount of time. Because of the date past the original due date, I was made to deal with collections and the lady was rude from the start. I get that I was not right on time with the payment, but we have had this auto loan with them for a few years now and have not had one late payment. I provided all the info needed to run the payment from a debit card. Considering I have never made a phone payment before this date, I did not know what the process was and she gave me zero information. A few days go by and nothing has pulled from my bank account and we call again. Our payment was never processed. They asked if I got a confirmation email and I told them not only did I not get an email but she did not tell me I would be receiving one for the payment. On this date we are now considered past 30 days late and I made 2 months worth and they put in a request to have the late payment report removed. A month later nothing is resolved and ***** in the collections has told us we are out of luck. He claims he pulled their phone records and that I did not even have that convo, but they are trying to cover their own *****. We close on a house in a week and this has dropped our score over 100 points with no one to help us. My phone records show I had the conversation with them and the date, but ***** told me if it wasn't recorded that it does nothing for us. They have zero intentions to help us and this affects us getting our house. We need this resolved and taken off the credit report.
