    I placed an order on 6/28/2023 for an order containing 4 items (3 shirts; 1 gaiter mask) for a total of $93.28. After attempting to communicate with the company via Email and their TikTok account to inquire about shipping times and hearing nothing, I began asking for a cancellation/full refund of a never shipped and never received order. I sent multiple emails with this request and never heard back from the customer service. They only give an option to email them with no phone number or other forms of contact or ability to cancel or inquire about orders. I have also filed a dispute with my card company to get a full refund applied to my original payment method totaling $93.28. I also noticed as of today on my order they listed one item as being returned by me, however, I never received any item in order to return it. I have not been able to get a response from this company at all. The only resolution I will accept is a full refund of $93.28 to my original payment method.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Three Little Mingos never refunded my purchase of $93.28. I have card statements that show they charged me a total of $93.28 and never credited/refunded me for the $93.28. I did note this morning, 7/29/2023, Three Little Mingos cancelled/deleted my account without notice, warning, or consent. However, I already took pictures of my order with the items and total cost of the order prior to this action happening. I noticed This same problem has recently happened to another Three Little Mingos Customer in July of 2023 and they contacted their card company to get the money refunded via a filed dispute. Again, Three Little Mingos never refunded my order of $93.28 and simply deleted my account. The only resolution I will accept is a total refund/credit of the purchase amount of the remaining balance of $93.28, which is $91.29, to my original payment method.

    After filing a complaint here as well as claims with my card company, I did eventually receive a full refund. Though the business did tamper with my account I had with them without legal consent, I did receive my full refund.

    I purchased a bag from this company back in December. I recieved it in January. February 1st I noticed that there are tears starting at the bag where the straps meet the bag. This is definetly a manufacturing error. I tried contacting the company via email, and got no response.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately the item that is being requested to be returned falls outside of our return period. We ask that all returns on unworn, unused items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. Our return policy can be found on our website here: ****************************************************************

    Since the item has been used and we are not able to tell how the bag was treated and handled during this time we are not able to accept returns on used items. Any manufacturing defects need to be brought to our attention before the bag is used and within our required 14 day timeframe.

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    I am not asking for a return. I am simply asking for an exchange or for you guys to fix the problem. Obviously 14 days is too little time for the straps to rip at the part they did, but for $80+ dollars your bags should really be made higher quality and like, they SHOULDNT ********* where they did. If you guys responded to any of my emails you'd see pictures of where it ripped.

    Unfortunately, once the item has been used, we cannot be held liable for damage to the bag. There are numerous factors that can contribute to bags being damaged. The package was delivered to you January 10th, 2023 and the first email we have regarding this issue was February 15th, 2023. That is a thirty six day period and far exceeds our damage window (5 days) as well as our return policy (14 days). We are not able to issue a refund or a replacement for this order.

    I paid for a wallet on there website they took my money never gave me postal tracking information that there sending the item out! On the website states shipping 2 five days business I purchase on the 16 th March and I cant track this! There a lot of other customers complaining on ******** and other social media they never got there products! Can you please look into this for me I feel like I got scammed!
