I had the interior walls and vaulted ceilings done along with the removal of old wallpaper, retexture and painting of our ensuite bathroom. Their cost for both projects was the lowest out of the 5 bids I got. The crew that came out were friendly, neat, efficient, and punctual. They did a quality job, straight line transitions from wall to ceiling and no erroneous drips.They did a fantastic job and I heartily recommend them.Sincerely, *******************

I had three estimates to paint the exterior of my home. **** was easy to work with and did a great job estimating the costs. *** was also great to work with as she scheduled the days that worked best for me. I wanted my gutters and downspouts removed prior to their painting and *** understood and did a fantastic job of working with the time frame of my gutter removal. ****** was also great getting his team here to do the painting. Because the weather outlook called for ********************** brought in enough painters to complete my painting in two day! Everyone at Colorado Painting was easy to work with and they did a great job with completing my project. I would hire them again without any regrets.Review from Ignacio G

I hired Colorado Commercial & Residential Painting to paint the exterior of my house.From start to finish, working with **** and the painting crew, was a very pleasant experience. I recommend home owners to do their due diligence when having work done on their homes. I do recommend Colorado Commercial & Residential Painting for your exterior home painting projects. They took great care in addressing areas that were a concern to me; I had a newly poured driveway, the driveway was covered with plastic. I was concerned about the paint overspray on the shingles, they used drop cloth to avoid over spray on the shingles. I was concerned about my gutters, no ladders were to rest against the gutters; they were prepared to use ladders extenders if needed. When ladders were used on the roof, they used sponges under the ladders legs to protect the shingles. My house looks like a new build!Colorado Commercial & Residential Painting Response

Colorado Painting did a phenomenal job painting the exterior of our home! I am a very picky person when it comes to the quality of workmanship in regards to painting and these guys greatly exceeded my expectations! The Sales rep was polite and knowledgeable, the crew was respectful of our property, the ******* was attentive to every detail, even addressing things that maybe weren't spelled out in the contract. They finished our project quickly, left little trace of being there and the house looks stunning! From beginning to end, CCRP did a fantastic job! The exterior of my house **************! Every person I encountered was personable, professional, helpful, and kind. They were very flexible with my schedule changes, and communicated well throughout the process.
