            Our AC stopped working on one of the hottest days of this summer in August. Plumb Pros HVAC tech, ****, came out to fix the issue. **** showed up on time and was courteous and friendly when he arrived. He was also extremely knowledgeable and not only identified the problem quickly, but he also checked several other things to make sure that there were no other potential issues. He then explained the problem and the repair process so I could clearly understand. Gene is a great HVAC tech and a credit to Plumb Pros. I will definitely request him specifically if I ever need any HVAC repairs again.
