First, this business also doubles as a chimney cleaning company, Mr. ******** which is what service I used them for. I unfortunately confused them with another company and their website is misleading enough to make you think that you are using Certified ******* Professionals which they are not. I reached out to the Certified CHimney ************************** Not only is Mr ******* not recognized, but they have had other customers reach out to them, so this company is falsely claiming to be part of a distinguished organization, which is a lie. They said they performed an inspection which how can they when they do not know what they are doing? The cleaning was by far the most disgusting cleaning I have ever had, as I needed to pay to get my carpets and walls cleaned as there was ash covering every square inch of my downstairs. I called the company after the man left to complain and not only did they never come back to clean, but on each phone call thereafter I was told the "manager would get back to me." That never happened. They also severely overcharged me and when I paid "Denver Air LLC" I asked why am I paying a Denver Air company?!?! This is a ******* Sweep business! Anyone who knows anything about wood-burning fireplaces knows that if not cleaned correctly, the creosote buildup can cause a fire itself with some people losing their homes. This company lied about their business, overcharged, and is putting other people's lives in danger by their false and inexcusable business practices and someone needs to do something about them as this is not their first complaint! I want every cent paid to them reimbursed and would love for them to lose their false businesses.

Denver LLC is a scam. Buyer beware. I was quoted $150 for dryer duct cleaning, which is a little high, but ******* had posted in the community ******** page that they had cancelations. Attempted to support a business and scheduled an appointment. Technician arrived and within 5 minutes of walking through the door, the price to clean had now doubled and technician already started work. This price was not advertised anywhere. This company also advertised complete home duct cleaning for $300.

8/30/24 Scam! Do not pay these people or even call them. Original quote was $69 then it was $299 and then $249 and then $129. Required to pay through Zelle. There equipment is garbage. They had no evidence that any dryer vent was even cleaned like debris or anything. When i called to complain they hung up on me and now blocked me.

This company is a major scam. I scheduled duct cleaning and noted they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. They show up and bait and switch using high pressure sales tactics. They removed the vent covers and I was told I need mold removal in addition to the scheduled duct cleaning. Not even a mold test performed! Quote started at 1900, then 1200 then dropped to 840 as a good neighbor discount after the pretend to call the boss for approval tactic. I declined the mold removal due to price and told them to clean the ducts as per original $99 half price special they advertised in a ****** search for duct cleaning near me. The "technician" hooked up a hose to one vent and waited in their van for about 15 minutes. Claimed they were done and asked for payment. Of course they don't accept credit cards and asked to be paid via Zelle. The vents were just as dirty as when they started. They don't even wipe off the vent covers. I used my small shopvac and a paper towel after they left and vacuumed out half a canister of dust, hair, etc. I called the number on the invoice to request a refund, but as of yet no refund. So much for customer satisfaction!

This company is a scam. Service on June 28, 2024. They bait and switch customers. The technician was at my house for 15 minutes, and did about five minutes of work. I told the technician that we have a long dryer duct with a 90 downward duct work to our dryer. He assured me that he cleaned everything out all the way to our dryer. Our dryer stopped working after he left. We had to buy a cleaning kit, and then remove the ductwork halfway between our dryer and the outside because the technician had pushed all of the lint towards our dryer. Technician also made me pay the him directly through Zelle. That seems very unprofessional and possibly illegal for tax purposes. Additionally, the company goes by Click2 Air Duct Cleaning on ****** and when I try to do a search for reviews, I couldnt find any, but their website stated that they had five star reviews on ******* I could kick myself for believing what their website said was the truth. I did not find out their actual name, which is Denver air LLC, until I received the invoice for the service. I was quoted $69, and he said he is giving me a deal at $399! This business needs to be closed and possibly sued for fraud

This company toggles between 3 different names/titles. The "Nation wide" company is called cleanfreshness.com. They call "Loveland Air Duct Cleaning" their subcontractor, but they also list under Denver Air LLC out of Aurora apparently (which is what is listed on receipt). No physical address listed for other two titles, but the receipt has an address for this 3rd company title which is very confusing. Multiple phone numbers including ************ and ************. A man and his wife showed up in a car and tried to sell my husband a cleaning service. He repeatedly said no. They stuck a regular service vacuum in ONE vent and left it in for 20 minutes and left tons of debris behind. They cleaned absolutely NOTHING! I took an entire video of the large debris they left behind, but the screen shot was only file small enough to upload. They insisted on cash and had to be pushed to get a receipt. My husband was busy working outside and didn't have a chance to inspect their work until after they left (they were in a huge hurry to leave), and they did absolutely nothing! Complete scam. When I called to complain they hung up on us multiple times. We want a refund because they did no cleaning at all. I don't think their vacuum even had suction!
