Had a great experience with Roka Appliance Repair. Called Sunday morning for my dryer and washer repair, **** the technician arrived same day at noon, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Quickly diagnosed and identified the problems, and what is more important was able to fix it same day, because he had parts on him. Incredible same day service. Highly recommend and will use and call them again for my appliance repair needs.Review from Erin R.

This Company Price Gouges. Buyer Beware. The will not make right, despite their response to ****** rating. With us, they had the opportunity to use a promotion they were offering within the date we received the service for 20% any repair that required a part. They did not even make us aware of this offer. The part we looked up on Amazon after the fact was $45 genuine, ** OEM. The price they charged us was $235. Then they charged $300 for labor and it was supposed to be a $77 service call. Our total bill was $540.84. Because we did not do our research ahead of time, we trusted them. They do not have a legit address. It says "parking lot," on ****** Maps. They are not listed on BBB. I had to add them. I don't know how they got so many good reviews. To his credit, $540 later, we do have a running washing machine. We could have bought a new one for $150 more. Really disappointing that businesses do this. If they have the talent to fix things, just be honest and you will have more business than you can handle. We are not opposed to paying a fair market price. And if you are hurting for money this bad, be up front about it and we will try to support you.
