    Warning: ************ is very predatory! I tried to look up one vin number 6 months ago that came back with no results. It was supposed to be a $1 charge, and then get signed up for a monthly reoccurring charge that I could cancel, but I havent been able to cancel in 6 months! I have called many times but cant get a representative, so I leave messages about canceling my account with no avail. I have emailed multiple times to cancel with no response either. Now its been 6 months of a $29.95 charge that I cant get rid of. So messed up and predatory!! I need to cancel my subscription and get a refund of $179.70 ASAP! Is this even a real company or just a scam?!?!?! Attached are the last 3 months of calls I have made to try and cancel but have received I response.

    I first visited ***************** for a simple ownership report by vehicle VIN. On 02 JAN, I purchased two orders for USD1.00 each.Without my consent, and with no evident process to reverse it, these people made me aware that they would start a monthly subscription for USD29.95. This was not part of the original services I purchased, I never assented to this subscription, and there is no obvious way to end these regular payments without fully signing in to the website. I cannot find any terms or services relevant to my *************** short, these people are predatory scammers. I demand the USD29.95 returned back to me at once.

    I signed up for a $1.00 VIN check, and no where was I informed of a sbuacription service if I didnt cancel within 7 days. I was just charged $29.95 for it. And its impossible to talk to anyone. Its a huge scam!!!!

    I purchased a VIN History Report from CarInfoStory for $1.00 and I never received a report. Then, they began charging me $29.95 per month for a subscription I did not sign up for. They have never sent me any billing information, contracts, or the product I purchased.

    This company had a phone number but when you enter the information they ask you for they seems to can't find your account. They have charged me 2 times and I have filed disputes with my bank. I contacted them the first time they charged me though their chat and have a copy of that and them stating they were going to put in to cancel this subscription that I never fully submitted. I also wrote an email stating they I wanted my money back and wanted the "subscription fee" back. With no response I just assumed it was taken care of. Until this morning when I was charged for the second time. Now I can't seem to get on their website and when I call I get disconnected. Also when you search it shows this is a scam and to report it.

    On October 23, 2024 I agreed to pay $1.00 via ****** to download a VIN report from **************************. The report was all generic information and did not show anything about accidents or service records as promised by the website. I didn't think anything of it at the time but then a week later on October 29, 2024, I got a notification from ****** that I authorized a transaction for $29.95 as my 7-day trial period was ending on **************************. I never signed up for anything else on this website and am disputing this recurring $29.95 charge. I did some research and found out that ************************** is a scam. I immediately canceled the automatic payment on ******, but the charge of $29.95 is still going to go through. I will dispute with ****** as well the charge, but don't think they will give me my money back and I have to contact the seller which they won't answer. Also, if you go to the website now, it is not secure and my browser will not put me through because of this.

    I purchased at $1 trial. Prior to the trial period ending I reached out the company to cancel. They will not provide a link that allows you to cancel that works. I've called *********** and *****************. They do not assist with cancelation and will block your number when you request to cancel the account or request a refund. I have been trying to cancel since October 5th. Since then, I have been charged ***** on October 6th and again today. For a total of $59.90. They send "tickets" and guarantee someone is supposed to contact me but no one does. I would like for them to cancel my account and refund me $59.90.

    Dear Better Business Bureau, I am writing to file a complaint regarding ongoing unauthorized charges from a car report website I subscribed to. Initially, I paid $1 for a car report, but I soon noticed monthly charges being applied to my account. After the first charge, I attempted to unsubscribe by visiting the website, but there was no option available to cancel my subscription. I have emailed the company three times, requesting that they cancel my subscription and stop charging me, but I continue to be billed. Recently, they even attempted to charge me $150 despite my repeated requests to be removed from their billing cycle. Fortunately, I made the initial payment using Apple Pay, which is linked to my ***** Cash account. As a result, the charges have been denied due to insufficient funds in that account. However, I now have to avoid keeping money in my ***** Cash account to prevent further unauthorized charges.     I used this service on 09/07/24 was not happy with service and I canceled same day. Service was not closed until 09/22/24 and I was billed ***** same day. I submitted claim through my credit card company since I was not getting results from company after several calls to customer service and on line chats.
