    1. Two weeks prior to 2/21/2022 - *********** taped a flyer to the doors of all units, (80 in our complex) including mine, and at the mailbox bulletin board. (first attachement); 2. On 2/24/2022 - I called ************ asking if it was too late to schedule for both INTERRIOR Chimney AND Dryer Vent Cleaning. Further ******* instructed me to send an email to ************************************************************. 3. I forgot and never sent an email with my details; 4. The weather continued to be bad and I forgot to call back or send and email. 5. On 3/7 I called ************, and spoke with ******* again. Again she told me they still hadn't come out due to weather and reminded me to send a email. 6. Customer response

    11/13/2022

My desired outcome was to have the business "...come INSIDE and do both [1] Interior Chimney and [2] Dryer vent Cleaning at the same time,...".  However they refused to do the work I hired them for, so my desired outcome has changed:  to register a complaint with the BBB - with a concern that this has all appearances of fraud.  Here's why my desired outcome has changed to filing a complaint:  a) they wanted $189 for two part service but refused to clean the chimney from the inside; b)  I already tried mitigating - I called the NEW owners mom back and let her know (that's who I originally spoke with)  c)  she conversed with him - yet he still came back refusing to "....come INSIDE and [clean the] Interior Chimney,..";  d)  I reached out to my HOA - Concerned the business doing this with neighbors in my complex (flyer posted on doors of all 80 units and all our bulletin bords)  e)  They were doing 6 units same day they did mine;   Here's why I believe my complaint should be lodged with BBB:  1)  My HOA said the company was following up with me - but they haven't;  2)  My intent was to be available for to negotiate through desired outcome if they did contact me withing 60 days -  still after *********************************  my resolve and desired outcome now changed to registering my complaint.  Thank you
