    On March 21st I reserved a hotel room at the Hometowne Studios in ****** for a 1 night stay. When I arrived to check in, the lobby was locked and no attendant at the front desk. There was a telephone outside the lobby with a sign stating to pick up the phone and call the operator for after hours assistance. I let the phone ring nonstop for close to 10 minutes and no one answered nor was there an opportunity to leave a message. We were not able to check in and were forced to find alternative accommodations for the night. For the past 3 weeks I have tried contacting the phone number for the hotel and no one will answer the phone, or allow me to leave a message. I've spoken to 3 representatives from Red Roof Inn corporate that keep telling me they've filed a formal complaint and a representative will contact me within ***************************************************** with an alternative contact method to reach a hotel representative.

    I stayed at this location in October of 2023 without incident. Six months later, they have decided to charge my credit card without my consent. They've since credited the charge but refused to provide an explanation as to why my credit card was charged or why my credit card information is readily available for erroneous charges. This is a fraud liability for all of their customers and they should answer to someone about this illegal practice.

    On 2.17.23 I made a 2 week reservation at Hometowne Studios, totaling app. $885 with their $100 security deposit. A few days later, I was informed by the female front desk agent that I would not be able to extend or make a new reservation, but she could not tell me why. This morning (2.23.23) I went in to speak with the front desk personnel, and possibly with ******, the property GM as to why I had been told to leave once my reservation ended on 3.3.23. ******* (front desk) informed me that "they have me on camera in the back associating with the homeless, and they do not allow that". When I tried to explain that I was simply cleaning out my vehicle and taking the trash to the dumpster and that I do NOT associate with any homeless person/people, she cut me off and became visible annoyed and stated "we have cameras back there, it's on tape". When I asked to speak with ******, she became even more agitated, saying "he's just gonna tell you the same thing I just did" and when ****** appeared, he would not even let me explain that what they think they saw on camera is not as it appears. He was rude and dismissive and promptly walked off. Again, I am not now, nor have I ever been in contact with any homeless individual(s), and I feel as though I'm being unfairly punished for something that I'm not guilty of doing in the first place.

    Booked a hotel room 11-13-22 through 11-15-22. We booked through a third party website called taveluro.com we arrived at the hotel and they made us pay a deposit before checking us in and giving us a room. After a while some personnel came knocking to out assigned room and told us to leave. We asked why and we we informed the the payment to the hotel did not go and they reserved the right to refuse service even though they took my deposit and payment. They kicked us out of the hotel room. We called the third party website and they confirmed the the payment went through.

    I stayed at this location the night of August 12, 2022. Along with the room rate, a refundable $100 was required. I was told that this would be refunded within 5-7 business days. After this time period passed with no returned deposit, I tried contacting this location by **********mail & each time my inquiry went unanswered. To this date (9/27/22) Hometowne Studios has yet to return my deposit, and it seems that they are trying to sweep this under the rug. I have also made the CO Attorney General aware of this matter as well. Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated.

    Date March 01, 2022.Paid $200 towards deposits for 02 Rooms. ********** and Room # *** and room fees of $60 each to Home Town ************** Road, Denver.I paid the amount through a ****** Credit card ( PC ********* services ) card # ending with 8205.I submitted the proof to customer service, so many times, but they denied to reimburse.

    I stayed at the home town suites ********* on sept 1st.The room was disgusting and the next morning my car was no where to be found.They had it towed I wasnt the only one.I have repeatedly called the hotel and Im always told the manger is not I. Or unavailable.O even had my case closed and told to bring it up with the hotel.I believe this is frurd or a scam to get money.all I want is my money back.Ive have never been treated or experienced anything like this before.

    Info on my complaint I have tried calling the hotel numerous times.*** even tried calling corporate several times.Im at a loss of how I have been treated by them.Im not giving up.Hotels.com has reached out several times on my behalf and still havent gotten back to them.
