SCAMMER ALERT. Their business practice is wrong on so many levels. You sign a contract for 12 months of memberships. However, it doesn't end after a year. They continue charging you the monthly rate until you contact to cancel. The catch? You don't actually get to speak to anyone to cancel. You have to email their membership support email to cancel. I did this - directing them to STOP billing me once my membership ended. That was back in March. 3 months later, they've continued billing me. I emailed them again with proof that I requested they cancel in March. Their reason for continuing to charge me? "We responded to your email with a limited time offer. You did not respond to our offer, so we have continued to charge you". Wait.... WHAT?! I have no proof of their response with any offer, and regardless- you do NOT have the right to continue billing someone because they didn't respond to an offer after they directed you to STOP BILLING THEM. Bunch of scam artists. Explains their D/F rating by the BBB. Oh boy, you have a class action lawsuit coming your way.Review from Cynthia J

Worst customer service and group of young unprofessional employees! Management is doing a horrible job on ensuring their employees are even doing their jobs! This place is too expensive to be running at such low quality. Paid for the ultimate experience for these kids and some of things listed are not even open according to the employees (when my kids attempted to go up there). Im literally watching a few employees busy gossiping and using profanity instead of working and my kids confirmed . Its not even that busy and there is no toilet paper in the restroom. There seems to be no time limit in this climbing area since since the worker pays absolutely no mind to whats going on. I helped a little girl unclip herself and attempt to clip herself back onto the climbing pillar line and had to get the employees attention 2x since he wasnt even looking at the climbers! My kids got sick of waiting in line after 25 mins since there is no time limit and the same 3 kids have been in there. The place is filthy and unsupervised!!! They wouldn't let me cancel even within their own guidelines until I threatened to contact the secretary of state's office. In their fine print they state that you can cancel the membership within the first 12 months if you move out of the area, but then they ask for proof of move that you can't get until after the first month of moving (utility bills) and won't accept things like a new lease. Then they string you along with nonsense emails that ask for the same thing over and over until a solid two months pass and they collect the dues. And there is no customer service number. Only email, which comes from oversees and takes days each time. And doesn't actually address the questions you ask.Review from Eff U.

Ownership is absolutely terrible, other management staff is unprofessional and under-experienced. Children essentially run this park, and the owners are no different in regards to them having very little decency or integrity. The park is always filthy, bathrooms are disgusting and trash cans overflowing with garbage. The entire place feels like a petri dish and I would not advise anyone to waste their money here unless you like coming home with a layer of germs. Also, if you feel like having something to eat from their caf, I would strongly suggest you think twice. Zero safety and sanitation practices are ever observed -and why would you expect that when there are ***** year old kids preparing the food with no training on food handling or food storage. This place is a circus and a landfill under the same roof. The franchise owners have no moral compass, but I supposed that's to be expected when all you have to deal with is a staff of teenagers/kids.
