I am very satisfied with the work Falcon's eye roofing and construction did at my home. They did an excellent job. Starting with the estimate, explaining the work, the installation and clean up after all the work was completed. **** took the time to explain with detail and what I should expect with the roof repair. **** and his crews were fantastic! They walked the property and found an extra window and siding that the insurance adjuster had missed in their evaluation of our house and contacted insurance to get it added - I didnt have to do a thing. **** kept an eye on the entire process and monitored his crews work on our roof, siding, gutters, paint and windows making sure it all was done to a high standard. We love our upgraded peak vents - they are so much more attractive than the old boxy units on the roof!One morning, **** and the crews were going to be arriving at our house at 6 in the morning, so **** brought me and my wife ********** **** went above and beyond like that wherever he could. He and his painter even coached me on fixing some peeling paint I had done on my patio (that was not part of the damage covered by insurance). We are super satisfied with Falcons Eye and referred them to several neighbors who also had roof/siding damage from recent storms and they have been really pleased with Bills work too!Review from Wayne R

Do you feel pushed around or intimidated by your insurance company? I did. I spoke with **** honestly about my fear of not knowing the "game" the insurance would be playing with my claim (hail damage). I felt very over-matched and didn't want to be taken advantage of by my insurance company. I spoke with **** and his son ***** very candidly about this fear. **** stepped-in and took care of every single detail regarding my claim. He helped me call the insurance company, actually met their inspector at the house, completed his own professional inspection, spoke to the insurance adjuster (several times) and spoke with multiple layers of adjusters and their supervisors. He advocated for me at every turn. And, in fact, the insurance company was 'shorting' us by quite a bit. **** fought for us at every turn. He knows the people in the business. He speaks their language. And he works tirelessly to get every cent you pay your premiums for. He and ***** run a tight family business. This is what first impressed me about the company. I literally made a blind phone call based off of a ******** ad. Every once in a while you get lucky. I feel very lucky to have **** in my corner.Review from L. H

Great service overall and very competitive prices. I appreciated the integrity of **** and his team and the process. It was easy to submit for claims and get the funds to Bill as well from insurance. I highly recommend **** and his team at Falcon's eye Roofing and Construction. Integrity is important in all construction matters, and **** ensures that the customer is satisfied with his work on the journey. Very Professional and very competitive prices.
