Owners are Convicted felons from **** for wage theft. They do not provide state protected breaks and have been found in violation of Colorado Labor Laws. They have not responded to the notice to pay me what they owe, $6500. They are about to be found in contempt of court if I do not receive my money. Hey ****, ******* and ******, pay me what I am owed. You all should be in jail. See you in court!

Employer regularly doesnt pay employees on time and forces you into a contract to work a minimum of 6 months or you are financially indebted to them.. offers a set schedule and then refuses to abide by it but then demands you cover shifts on your unavailable time, if you refuse they will intentionally punish you by cutting hours or putting you at least preferred locations. Originally was excited to work for the company but now I will be seeking new employment and filing a lawsuit due to them not even having funds in account to pay employees on paydays (fed and state law requires all payroll be available for payment on pay periods).DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!Schedulers and management is laughable at best.(REFUSES to give direct deposit regardless of circumstances)

Current employee here *********** is unable to pay ** as of 2/6/2024 they sent out a large mass message saying that since they have not gotten paid the employees will not get paid. When doing some digging you come to learn that the owner was charged with 6 felonys in **** and had to pay out 300k to employees and tax evasion. The ags office needs to look into him again since this is a repeat pattern. They will hire you for one of their 3 umbrella companies but do NOT think you will be working in that company. They need a swift kick in how to run a company and how to properly care of equipment and employees.

Poor management, bouncing checks, empty threats and broken promises. You can work 10 hours a week or be called to fill in for overtime at 60+ hours, they dont care about the employees at all. Also, this company does not offer direct deposit, cmon man its ****.

You have been scheduled for ********************************* August 2023 and have been at the same site since September 2023, which seems contradictory to what you state.  If there are empty threats or broken promises, please reach out to the HR team so that we can find out what these are.  Contrary to what you state, we care very much for our staff and wish to work with you on whatever concerns you have.

This company needs a **** of wages investigation done. They are refusing to pay employees, i could go on about the laundry list of other issues, but if you cant pay your employees on time then really you shouldnt be operating. This company is kicking out negligent and liable security guards. Dont hire this company and dont work for them. They need to be investigated for wage theft and workplace harassment.

I worked for this company since **** as a Patrol Officer. When I was hired, I was told that I would be working in **************** (where I live) but during training, they made me apply for a Denver Guard License and never filed for my **************** License (until I threatened to quit two months later).Myself and a handful of other guards had to work the night shift and drive from **************** to Denver every single shift, which began to take it's toll on us.Initially, we were told we had to leave the Springs at 5pm, then begin our Denver routes by 7pm, and work until 6am, but then our payroll person ***** decided that we were supposed to start at 7pm, so she removed all overtime hours from our checks.Shortly after, we stopped receiving overtime pay for our drive time, which was our only incentive for continuing the harsh schedule and drive. This company made us sign waivers in training, saying that if we quit before 6 months had passed, they would deduct $600 from us for "Licensing, training, and fees" but that was before we knew that they did not provide direct deposit and our checks frequently bounced.Licensing was only a couple hundred total, and many of us never wanted our Denver Guard license in the first place, plus, training was all done in-house by someone on salary to be there. This company has the highest turnover rate I've ever seen at any company in any field and they seem to be making money on so many of us quitting due to this ridiculous waiver they made us sign, not knowing it would be extremely difficult to get paid each week. They absorbed one of my final checks after myself and a handful of other guards quit of $623 and my final check of $504 bounced today, even though they had to switch banks because the account is no longer in good standing with ***** Fargo. There are dozens of guards that still work there, but the rumor was that the two owners are wanted felons for tax evasion in ****. Don't ever Work for these people!

This company does not pay there employees, I have gotten 2 checks from them and they both bounced, the bank has stated they dont have funds in there account and it is over drawn, and tone they are ignore my calls and emails on where my money is that I worked for, they also hold you first 2 checks so you dont get paid for almost a whole month after you start and they make you pay all these different fees in order to get the stuff you need to work for there company and dont even tell you in the interview they wait until orientation to tell you about me take the fees out of your check every pay check and if you quit or get fired that check they hold they take all your money from that check for everything that you have to pay for. This company is a joke and dont care about there employees, not being able to cash our checks have cause people to lose there roof over there heads not feed there familys or take care of other bills. Something needs to be done about this ASAP. And I give them no stars I only have to put a star in order to put my review up

This company fails to respect CRS 8-4-109 in the aurora location Specifically Payment of Wages on Separation When an employer fires or lays off an employee, the employer must pay all wages owed to the employee immediately. If the employers payroll unit is not regularly scheduled to be operational, then the wages shall be made available to the employee no later than six hours after the start of the units next regular workday.Exception: If the payroll unit is off-site, the employer shall deliver the wages due no later than 24 hours after the start of the payroll unit's next regular workday, to one of the following locations selected by the employer: (1) the worksite; (2) the employers local office; or (3) the employees last known mailing address."THE COMPANY BELIEVES ******** PROVIDES THEM WITH 72HR TO PAY A TERMINATED EMPLOYEE. I HAVE ALERTED THEM THAT THEY ARE NOT ABOVE MY HOME AND BIRTH STATES LAWS AND SHOULD RESPECT ALL REQUIREMENTS POSTED BY CDLE ********.

Thank you for your concern. Upon being terminated, you were advised that payroll would have your paycheck as soon as they could get it processed by the payroll company. As we utilize a third-party payroll company for our paychecks, we advised you that it would be processed immediately upon receipt of the information back from our third party payroll company. While we technically did have 24 hours to do so by law, which you indicated above, you were able to receive your paycheck within a matter of hours upon your termination. We wish you the best of luck in your future employments!

They only resolved the matter because I spoke with a compliance officer who gave me valuable information. He instructed me to send a pdf from the cdle.********.gov site to the company accompanied by a demand for wages. The company before receiving those items believed they had a matter of days to release wages to me. "Immediately" means upon termination, everyone should obey labor law without the employee having to take extra step to make sure they do. If your running a business you and your employees should know labor law without needing a low level employee you recently hired to tell you. I'm 34, I've had to explain this to ********* at 19yo, ********* at 21yo, and now you at 34yo. Right is right and wrong is wrong, my motto, keep me out of trouble, maybe if you learn it you'll have 0 to no disputes. And remember ****** **** "EQUALITY FOR ALL" ??
