I contacted My Costa Rica to book a family vacation during peak season. I was late in getting my planning started, so many of the most popular tourist destinations were already booked. However, My Costa Rica created an amazing Costa Rican itinerary that took us off the beaten trail and allowed us to experience a more authentic Costa Rica that we would have missed if we booked ourselves.The hotels My Costa Rica chose were in excellent condition, had thoughtful and helpful staff, and great food. The best part of the vacation though was the excellent tour guides that My Costa Rica arranged for us. We had a personal tour guide that led us through ****************************, providing incredible insight and spotting a plethora of wildlife. Another personal tour guide took us to **** ***** Wildlife Refuge on a boat tour and was filled with endless ecological knowledge. Our final private tour guide accompanied us to an adventure day, and while he was not necessarily needed, he ensured we were incredibly well taken care of by the staff and gave us a great overview of Costa Rican history and the modern-day experience. These guides elevated our experience immensely. My Costa Rica had excellent communication during the booking process and leading up to the trip - sending helpful tips, packing lists, FAQs, etc. I felt very connected to them while in Costa Rica and they were incredibly responsive. All of our transfers and cars were on time, well-appointed and the drivers were excellent. My Costa Rica seems to only work with the highest quality partners in Costa Rica, and we had an unforgettable and seamless vacation due to their help and support.

Working with CostaRica.org was a great decision. They were fast to reply and took all my requests into account. My questions were answered thoroughly and they had great resources for first time visitors to the country. I'd highly recommend them to someone visiting this lovely country!

This travel agency rocks. They planned and arranged our two week stay from booking fantastic lodges, arranging tours and transportation starting with airport arrival, departure and everything in between. The picked lodges and tours were exceptional, pickup times were 100% on time and all drivers were friendly, respectful and cordial. Most important to me was the timely response in addressing my questions and concerns. All inquiries were eagerly addressed within minutes.Don't think twice, you will not get better service anywhere else.

We used My Costa Rica travel agency for our recent trip to Costa Rica and I have to say it was probably our best vacation yet! We are so pleased with how smooth everything went on our trip. Their team was super helpful in creating an itinerary that fit our needs. They were more than happy to make any changes we requested. After a little bit of back and forth, we settled on the perfect itinerary that was full of adventures and relaxation. The drivers were all very punctual and friendly. The one who picked us up from the airport offered us refreshments and drinks which was a delight after a long flight. The tour guides that My Costa Rica arranged for us were all top notch, very knowledgeable and went out of their way to accommodate us. We told one of them that we had not seen a sloth yet, and she was able to find one for us and they stopped so we could take pictures. Another driver we were chatting with asked us if we had seen any toucans yet and we told him we had not. He started scouring the trees to find some and he did! The hotels were amazing. We stayed at the ****************************** in Arenal and it was amazing. We had a view of the rain forest and the volcanic hot springs were fantastic. Our next hotel was *************** in ********** on **************. It was an all inclusive resort full of vibrant activities and fun. The beach is right there so you can enjoy the ocean, or the pool. The tours we went on included ziplines, rainforest and hanging bridges, waterfall, and ocean sport fishing. I would highly recommend visiting Costa Rica, and I can tell you that I will never go there unless I use My Costa Rica to plan my trip. Pura Vida!

It was a fabulous vacation. We loved all the sights, activities and accommodations. It's hard to pick favorites, but if we must then being around the ************** was a highlight. Seeing the rainforest (right outside our room at *******) was beautiful. We loved the excitement of the zipline. The boat ride across *********** with the views of the mountains and a few stops to see the wildlife was an unexpected treat. Even the long car ride from the lake through the mountains to *********** was something I would not want to ******** did a terrific job with accommodations. We liked everywhere we stayed. Both Tabacon and ************* were exceptional. I wish all of our drivers had been conversant in English. The drive from ************ to the *********************** and then on to ******* was great because we learned more about the area we were passing through. But that wasn't the case with the drivers from *********** to ****** ******* or ****** ******* back to the airport. Oh well. All in all we were VERY pleased with the itinerary, the execution of all the logistics and the careful attention of everyone at CostaRica.org.Thank you. Pura Vida.

Incredible planning experience from start to finish. ***** and team were accommodating, flexible and patient as we fine-tuned, changed our minds, airports, dates, etc. His team goes the extra mile and maintains a positive attitude through the whole process. Based on countless other reviews my experience is no exception and I would book with them again and again if Im fortunate enough to return.

My Costa Rica did a wonderful job planning our 9 day trip to CR. Everything went very well and we stayed at 3 different amazing hotels. Our tour guides were on time and very helpful and we did more than was planned for us. We stayed 2 nights in ************ at *****************, 3 nights at ********************** and 3 nights at ******* No. All 3 were above our expectations and uniquely different. We will be sure to tell anyone who wants to visit CR to call My Costa Rica first.

I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the **************. My Costa Rica arranged everything for me! With all my daily responsibilities back home, it was so wonderful not to have to think about anything for a few days except how to enjoy myself. The staff at My Costa Rica were wonderful - providing all the necessary information about my stay prior to my arrival, throughout the trip, and even after my return. They responded promptly to every question and request. I would definitely use them again to arrange travel to Costa Rica!
