Exceptional experience with this company. On two separate occasions, they responded to my home on short notice to address emergency issues with my deck and roof that were causing leaks inside my house. Their response time was almost immediate and they handled the repairs with a level of expertise that was evident.The team quickly diagnosed and resolved complex problems. They took the time to explain the repairs and even provided pictures throughout the process, which gave me confidence in the repairs. Beyond their technical ability, they were professional, kind, and a pleasure to work with. After completing the job, they left everything clean and in order.These guys take pride in their work and value their customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing or exterior repairs.

**** Thomsen presents himself very amicably. My membrane flat roof was wearing with age and he suggested the most current replacement material-TPO. Even though my repair does not require a building permit, he was proceeding with parameters dictated by the Building Code. His quote was reasonable and well below a few of the other bids. Since all my cost was out of pocket, the reasonable bid was very welcomed.

**** and his roofing crew did a great job putting on a new roof. They showed up on time each day and put in a full day of work, and even put in extra time to get the job done. They went above and beyond expectations in many areas! I appreciated their hard work and dedication to get the job done. The new roof looks great!

I called Thomsen Roofing to set an appointment to visit about an emergency backup battery for our house. **** (the owner) told me that Thomsen doesn't yet provide these, but he sent me a letter he had received from a client in which this client described a battery that he is seriously considering buying. This is really "Service Above the Norm."

Thomsen Roofing were excellent! Went above and beyond the normal contractor. Have used this company for many years and always satisfied. He personally has done some of my repairs and has also uses sub-contractors who are excellent. Recently had a repair done on my tile roof. ****** and ***** the sub-contractors were professional, friendly, and did excellent work. Five out of five!!!!!

***** Thomsen basically came to our rescue. We were out of town during a big snowstorm and heard that one of our skylights was leaking into our home. We called ***** and he went out on a Sunday to fix the problem. We are so grateful to him and his company.Definitely a person and a company you can count on.

Mr. ********************** recently cleaned our gutters at a rental property in **********, ** (see photo below) and inspected the roof. We have renters for a long time that unbeknownst to me stopped cleaning the gutters. As you can see from the photo there are many sections of gutters all around the house's roof in the front, sides and rear at different heights. **** didn't complain and systematically cleaned each section which also inspecting the roof for any damage we might need to repair. As always, he didn't suggest we needed any repairs or a new roof at this time. My realtor had sent out another roofer to inspect the roof and he provided a very costly estimate for replacing both the roof and gutters claiming extensive hail damage. I filed a claim with our insurance company who balked that we had anything more than normal wear and tear on our 12 year roof. **** confirmed that the insurance company's viewpoint seemed more correct rather than try to edge himself in by also claiming we need a new roof. Besides competence, there is nothing more important than have an honest roofer you trust. And ****** repairs to two homes we had were both inexpensive and fixed the issue the first time.**** had also done several roofing repairs at our home in *******, ** before we sold it in 2016, and he is always extremely responsive, honest, and very fair in his fees (never suggesting more work than is required to address an issue). He always identifies the underlying cause of an issue and doesn't suggest a cosmetic issue, especially out of sight, requires an unnecessary repair. His solutions have always addressed the problem we had reported, and did so the first time he came out to do the work. And we never had to do follow up work later for the same issue.
