DO NOT trust your car in these guys' hands. This location single handedly totaled my car. I took my car in for 4 new tires and what they called a "tune-up". The customer-facing employee was great, but it ended up all being a huge lie. A couple months after my appointment, my car turned off while I was driving- we come to find out that the oil had not been changed and upon further investigation by our trusted mechanic, multiple other items they claimed to have done on the receipt were not done at all. DO NOT GO to these big chains!! They have young kids working there that don't care about your vehicle in the slightest. Suing Big O would be too expensive for us, but they owe us $15,000 for a new engine. I will warn people about companies like Big O for the rest of my life, this was a horrifying situation I never thought I'd be in.

I am a Full Time Dasher for/with a sick puppy. 1 month ago a manager forgot a part then lied about it. We have been living in the inoperable vehicle in a parking lot since that service. I will share my story via footage from a fly fishing documentation I was filming at the time. The amount of substantial evidence I have instantly caused Snap Financing to close my account before I proceed with legal advice. The Managers name is *******, if anyone knows his last name it would be helpful, he was the one who worked on my vehicle. He put other techs names on all my receipts after he accidentally told his coworker in front of me, 4 days later, my Jeep was hit ** the parking lot knocking it off the **** stands with no wheels, almost crushing him. That Manager forced/willingly ended his professional relationship with Big O Tires within the 2 weeks it took me to get a response back from Corporate Offices to avoid answering for what he did. Corporate has a new store manager reach out acting as if he is ******* on the phone. He added the forgotten part to the receipt in the computer trying to convince me unaware I have the original. Now I finally get to speak with the district manager who speaks to me as if I am a super mechanic when all I asked was for them to make this right. The next sentence he spoke, on a recorded phone call, was such a lie I am seeking the proper representation to expose the truth properly. This is for all the others they have done this to because I know I am not the only one. Please share this review because more than me, my puppies life depends on it. She is literally all I have left from the normal life I once had before there service. In hopes of finding help,***** & ****

These guys are unrealizable. They have often promised our vehicles at specific times and never meet it. They are disorganized and dont communicate. I spent way too long dealing with them. These guys actually did such a poor job, my sons wheel came off while driving home from the shop last year. Could have killed him. Dont go here, there are much better shops who actually care. This big o is just going through the motions til beer-thirty.

I went into the 6th & ******** location. I went for oil change, alignment, brake job and get me tire sensors checked. My front right sensor is faulty per my dash. I work 10 mins from that location so I dropped it off and went to work while they worked. They called me with their findings. 1st they told me my sensors on my back 2 tires were not working. Red Flag bc as I mentioned, my dash tells me its front right sensor. Then they tell me cv axle was cracked and leaking. I never saw any fluid in my spot at work but I asked a couple questions and I took their word for that. Then they told me my rotors were put on backwards and now is unusable and I needed to replace them. I asked a couple questions about that too but acquiesced. When I got off & went to pick up my car I asked to see the rotors that supposedly were not unusable. The guy now there nor myself could see where these rotors were warped and unusable. There was a mechanic in the shop at the same time and looked at them & also felt they were still usable. I told that guy that I wanted my rotors put back on my car. He told me they didn't have anyone there that could do that so I needed to leave it overnight and someone in the morning would do it. So I did. They call me at 530 & the manager was upset and said I approved the work and the new rotors were now unreturnable. I told them I approved it under false pretenses. They said best they can do is offer me $100 off. Those rotors were $650 and the brake service with rotors was $159 each for front & back. So $100 off for guesstimating $800 worth of unnecessary work is really messed up and highly unethical. I shouldve asked to see the CV axle too. UGH.
