I argued till my blood pressure was through the roof! They offered a 50% return when I asked for a refund. The product did not work at all even though I tried it for 5 months. They want all the bottles returned to get 100% back. The empties and all. Finally after threatening them with a bad review they consented to 100% back. This is a scam they are running. Do not fall for it. The return policy is very ambiguous and he had to translate it to me that it means return the empties. If foes not state that at all! I would not recommend dealing with these people.

WARNING!!!!!! Never believe this company when it says they want you to have a positive experience and you can get a full refund within 180 days. I bought 12 bottles in early Feb 2024, and I'm done with trying further after more than 2 months on it, taken as directed. Doesn't work. Today, 5/2/24, I called customer support and was told (surprise!) that I need to send all 12 bottles back, even if some are empty. First, I see no purpose in sending back empty bottles. What are they checking for? My opinion is nothing. I threw empties out. As far as I can tell, there is no mention of that policy of saving bottles....I looked in several places including online and my personal receipt. They brag about their great refund policy and then they change the rules on you. I got nowhere with that customer service person, so I sent an e-mail. **** answered and said I would need to send empty bottles back to get the full refund. Same answer. I have 9 full bottles ready to send back, and now I am really really annoyed because this smells like a scam. I called customer support back and, on the third try, got someone who is giving me the full refund, an extra $95. I resent this company and DO NOT appreciate being scammed. Shame on them!!! Worthless supplement and unethical company. I am going to keep spreading the word.

This is not a review of the product, but a review of the company response to us in canceling and getting our money back:On April 19, 2024, my husband ordered 6 bottles of this product for $299.00. He is not allowed to take supplements on the meds he takes so i called the same day to cancel the order. The number on the website worked and someone answered in a few minutes . The **** ****, tried her best to talk me into keeping the product and trying it but I insisted on a refund. The charge never went through on our card. So, for that I gave this company a good rating. The product did arrive, however. I called back to find out if we should ship it back to them since we weren't charged for it. ****, again, told me that we would have to pay to send it back, but that the **** might not charge us. ?? I asked what would happen if we didn't send it back and she said we didn't have to. But they were good enough to cancel and not charge us so I feel that we should return the order. Anyway, all I can attest to is the honesty of the company in their response to my request for a refund.

On January 2,2024 I order three bottles from SciatiEase and like the other person stated in their reviews about their policy they have yet to reply to any of my emails so I'm taking mines to small claims court but first I'm going to let my credit card handle it and if I still haven't gotten the resolution then I will *** them for my money and court cost they have this site called ****** Off Consumers so after this post my next stop is them then ******* and my ******** page they think because we're seniors citzen that we supposed to play dead and let them take advantage of us well they are in for a rude awakening my mother raised me to stand up for what I believe and from what I read they knew this product wasn't worth the money they probably paid people to give thosed glowing reviews

On July 4, 2023, I ordered 6 bottles of SciatiEase from this company. They return policy states that If you are unsatisfied in any way, please return your purchase within 180 days for a refund. On September 20, 2023, I sent an email and informed them that I havent felt any relief or improvement on my sciatic nerve pain, and that the pain level was still the same. Included in my email were my inquiries: How can I get a refund of my money? To what address will I send back the remaining unused bottles of SciatiEase? When I attempted to contact them by phone for a refund, a recording stated that number was no longer in service. I paid $291.73 (tax included) for these items on my Master Card and now I could not reach them for a refund. I am a senior citizen. This is not right. SciatiEase should stand behind its product, as they advertised. Todays date is January 1, ****.

I have only been using siatiease for a few days but it is already helped my back significantly
