    These are not good people. They charged me a $500 fine at 10:45 AM because my car service was late and my family stayed in the garage during a snowstorm while waiting for our driver to show up. I called and explained the situation and they didnt care. They said it was because the maids couldnt clean even though my bags were packed and in the garage while the maids had been cleaning inside since 10 AM. Terrible company, terrible people.

The checkout time is established to ensure that we have sufficient time to prepare the property for our next guests. On the day of your departure, our housekeeping team and inspector reported that members of your group still remained in the ******* minutes after checkout time which necessitated the late checkout fee as per our rental agreement. This policy is in place to cover the additional costs associated with delaying housekeeping services and the impact on incoming guests.We understand that delays can happen, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible within the constraints of our operations. Upon learning of your situation, we offered alternatives to assist you while you waited for your transportation. Our goal was to help mitigate any inconvenience and provide support during your wait.We value the feedback of all our guests and take every opportunity to review our processes to ensure clarity and fairness in our policies. It is our sincere hope that this explanation provides a better understanding of the circumstances that led to the application of the late checkout fee.
