    Tonight I placed an online order and when I arrived at the Dickeys in ******** ******** they said they were out of everything that I ordered. The staff did not know how to give a refund and had me call the manager and assistant manager. The manager did not answer. The assistant manager said she would send me a confirmation and would give me a refund but she has not kept her word and has not given me a refund or sent me a confirmation.

    On June 4th, I called 1-866-BARBECUE to place a catering order for my son's graduation party. I spoke to *************************, who took my order and assigned it to the Dickey's Barbecue Pit location in ********, Co. I requested and paid an additional fee for the order to be delivered to the location of my son's party at 1:30. On the day of the graduation party (06/15/24), guests had begun to arrive at 1:40 and my buffet order hadn't arrived at the requested delivery time. So, I called the store @ 1:48 and spoke to *******. He informed me that my order would be delivered within 5-10 min but it never arrived. We made several more attempts to contact ******* and the catering contact because my order still hadn't been delivered. Unfortunately, my order wasn't delivered until 3:25 and the food was cold. I had intentionally sought out catering for my sons graduation party, so I wouldn't be stressed about the main course but that wasnt the case. I had to spend 2 hours calling the store and the catering contact to figure out why my order hadn't been delivered. This took time from me being able to enjoy the company of my guests but more importantly, I had NO FOOD for those who had arrived on time to the party! I am beyond disappointed and frustrated about the lack of regard for the stress and inconvenience that this caused to me and my guests. It is also ridiculous and very unprofessional to ignore requests for compensation in this matter. I informed *************************** on that day that we would be seeking compensation in this matter. On Monday, 06/18/24, I spoke to ******* in person at this location to seek out compensation for this and he informed me that he would need to speak to the corporate office. I reached out to the corporate office and they cannot help in this matter. To date, I have received zero communication from ***************************.
