    I ordered a period cup and applicator last November, 2023 from a start-up company. I was supposed to have my order shipped in January, 2024. Everything was fine until they ran into manufacturing and shipping issues. I kept getting email updates about my order, but a year later and still no product, I decided to request a refund - Sunny had sent out a refund request via ****** form. I filled it out, no response. A week later I filled it out again - no response. I emailed the company asking for an update - no response. I then opened a case against them with my credit card company since I never received a product I ordered, and never received a refund. They denied it on the context that is was over 60 days from the charge. Not knowing what else I can do, I am filing a complaint with the BBB in the hopes that no one else gets scammed by this "company".

    I ordered this product in March of 2022 . They said they were going to have the orders shipped out by fall of 2022. I patiently waited until August of ***************************************************************** August 2024 and they have yet to refund me. I have filled out their refund form 4x and have sent several emails and dms. I just want my money for the product I paid for almost 3 years ago and have yet to receive.

    In August of 2023 I purchased a product from this company. When purchased, their website said that orders placed then would be shipping in September. Then sometime in September it changed to shipping early 2024. It is now October of 2024 and I have received no updates or product, and no refund. Upon looking into the company, it seems there are thousands of others who have had the same issue - some having ordered as far back as ********* and still not having any product or refund or even a response from them. It seems this "company" has scammed many people out of their money.

    I ordered the Sunny Cup on October 3rd 2023 at 3:53pm. My order number is #*****. Today is September 21, 2024 and I still have not received my order nor any more updates since a mass email on May 9, 2024 saying that they are having manufacturing issues. Ive reached out to the business on six different occasions to get an update and only gotten an automated email saying they will reach out as soon as they can. *** also requested a refund in July 30 with no response.
