Your corporate office took away half day packages and now only provides full day or single visits. My family and have several pets that utilize camp *************, which our pets enjoy attending, however, some of them are older and a full day is too much. Just like with a child or senior too much exertion causes irritability and can be unhealthy. We are requesting a full reconsideration of this package policy of half day packages to ensure every dog has the opportunity to attend as many days without over doing it.

My nearly 6 month old purebred boxer puppy was entrusted in the care of **** ************* - South **** Friday afternoon April 21 through Monday morning April 24th. When I picked her up Monday morning, I noticed wounds around her neck and throat. I brought her home to clean them up before doing anything else, and realized the extent of these wounds. I contacted CBW, who first told me they had no knowledge of her injuries, despite recording 24/7. I asked them to check the tapes, and they said it would be too difficult for them to look through a couple days of footage to determine what happened. Her vet has since determined it was a bite wound, that very nearly missed some important arteries in her neck. I requested from CBW: the video of the incident, a full refund for her weekend stay, and the info on the attacking dog and their owner. I have been denied every one of these requests. The manager let me know that the staff is brand new, poorly trained, and will receive more training on how to watch dogs. I wish I had known this before bringing my puppy in. They're taking no responsibility whatsoever, despite the fact that the contract I signed does not allow for their gross negligence. Their story changed to the fact they noticed the wounds the day before I picked her up, but the untrained staff determined she was fine and a call was not warranted. So she was running around in the p*** and pee with open wounds on her throat. The negligence and dismissiveness of this facility is absolutely astounding, and I'm terrified for anybody else who sends their dogs here.

My boyfriend and I entrusted this location and their staff with the care of our sweet boy for 6 nights at their boarding facility between July 13, 2022 and July 19, 2022. The night before we got back home they called us to tell us he had a little swelling under his jaw, our boy is prone to allergies so we thought that was the case and told them to give him Benadryl. Had they sent a photo or expressed the level of concern that they should have we would have had him RUSHED to a vet. When we picked up our usually happy, energetic and jovial boy, his head and neck were SO SWOLLEN and misshaped that it was alarming, he was so lethargic and clearly had lost weight during his stay and just smelled terrible- it was so bad that after a nightmare day and 12 hours of travel we went immediately to the emergency vet - 3 hours later and another $400 in vet bills, he has an abscess usually caused by trauma or a foreign object a visible ear infection with blood coming out of his ear AND he lost 6 lbs in the 6 days he was there. I will NEVER bring my dog back to this facility. I am heartbroken and devastated that he was left in these conditions conditions.
