On April 19, 2024 I ordered one bottle of a vitamin supplement called Celsium Glyco over the Internet. The ****************** in ******* sent me 6 bottles at $39.99 per bottle and charged my credit card $239.88. When I ordered it, the ad said that my satisfaction was guaranteed. I tried one bottle and found it unsatisfactory,. I returned five sealed bottles on May 2, 2024. The ****************** has let me know that they have received the five bottles. The order # is 813F15E3E9. I have made seven calls to the ****************** requesting a refund mailed to me for the $199.95 for the five bottles that I returned. I called the ****************** on 4/24/24, 5/2/24, 5/22/24, 5/28/24, 5/31/24, 6/2/24 and on 6/19/24 and spoke with their representatives. The first time I called I was told that my purchase was guaranteed and I could return the items for a full refund. They assured me that a refund would be emailed to me via electronic check. Each time they lowered the amount of the refund. Three times they said that they would call me back. I spoke to Vy a supervisor and she told me that she would call me back within two days and issue a refund. I didn't receive a call back from her. I have not received any refund. The email that I gave them was mscristiana.108@gmail.com.I am requesting a refund of $1`99.95 mailed to me for the five sealed bottle that I returned.This has been very frustrating to me and I would like your assistance to resolve this problem. I was looking at info on this product which I did not order nor did I enter any billing information. Then within a minute of looking on this product page I received an alert from my bank which stated $239.88 had been charged to my account, Then I received an email I product had been shipped. On May 23, 2024, I received the product I did not authorize purchase of. I have sent an email stating I did not order this product. On May 22, 2024 the amount of $239.88 was temporally returned to my account until they receive the returned product. I have contacted them four times by phone to get a return label so I can return it and get an actual full refund. All four representatives have said my bank must call them on a three-way call to dispute the charge for me to receive a full refund and get instructions on how to return it. Just because you look at a product doesn't entitle the company to charge you for choosing not to order a product.Business response
