    on 4/17 The Elite Team of Keller Williams, the performance group, withheld $1033 in excess of my security deposit. The property manager prorated the month of February, as I had given notice to vacate on 2/15/2023. there was a blizzard on the 15th of Feburary causing me to not be able to move til the 17th.Keller Williams realty did not take the keys to the property that day. The property manager acknowledged the receptionist was new and probably didn't understand they were the same company.the property was in better condition than when I had taken possession, with before and after pictures and videos. several maintaining requests had gone ignored or put off for several months before attended to. the property owner paid trash only and I am being charged for the water used after I vacated the premises. I am also being charged for the trash left by the neighbor in the alley. Which, according to my lease, trash is paid for and the sole responsibility of the property owner. 2 blinds in 1 of the bedrooms were damaged and replaced before I moved, yet I am being charged $225 for blind replacement for the entirety of the property. Which did not have blinds through out. the property owner refused to repair any damage listed on the pre-move in check list and the property manager was given a list of all repairs needed at every residential inspection. They also refused to make repairs. property manager allowed the neighbors, who were illegally squatting in the property next door, to put up a fence to the house eliminating my access to the entire property. When asked about this the property managers refused to address and property owner approved. illegal tenants next door left trash and debris in alley behind property which property manager is charging me for haul off. the back driveway was severely in need of repair and caused several hundred dollars in damage to my car. The property manager and owner refused to fix driveway. unsafe failing foundation

    There are many allegations here and the **** character limit does not allow proper response. Here are a few of the comments regarding those allegations, the rest are in the attached response document. 

    Sec Dep held was $1400  Amount withheld was $1222.53  Amount of Refund $177.47

    We did not hear back from Tenant until  5:12 pm on 2.20.22 when tenant attempted to drop keys off at our office in Pueblo West.

    Tenant cancelled this work order personally and said they never use the shower so no big deal.

    basic trash service on a weekly basis. Does not include extra bags or trash left in alley after move out.

    At the time staff paid the water bill - the service was already shut off due to non-
    payment by the tenant.

    Unfortunately we do not have the option of controlling what the neighbors build
    on their property. Driveway is 80 years old and in normal condition for the age of the
    property. Tenants main access to the property is through the alley
