ISP ********************************************* did an amazing job replacing my roof. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. ****** was incredibly helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. The crew was efficient and cleaned up meticulously after the job was completed. I'm extremely satisfied with the quality of work and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services.Integrating Successful Projects (ISP) Roofing & Construction Response

I looked to BBB for a quality and a reliable contractor. Chose ISP ********************************************* due to a BBB five-star rating (which now I see someone has recently also filed a complaint, so no more five star.) BBB for the sake of your product that you promote to the consumer, you need to give this guy an "F" . I started a project with ISP roofing of primarily replacing a tornado damaged roof and deck (with a bunch of miscellaneous items that they haven't even addressed). They said they would bring in a crew a knock it out in two weeks, 5 MONTHS later project is still not done. Roof didn't pass county inspection. Deck did not pass county inspection. Along with them not starting the project till months later than they said would and not putting up gutters and additional non deck work, there is now additional damage to my home. Deck construction is so poor a high school student would have done better. I've been told that the staircase would be best torn down and just start over. Railings soooo wobbly that one good push and they will break. Deck boards spacing so irregular, so wide, that your bare foot gets pinch between board. S**** head sitting so high your bare foot can get cut. Miss matched screws that half of them are rusted. Garbage, lots of it, sat in my yard for months until had to repeatably complain, in fear my house owners association would fine me. Screws and nails all over my back yard easily to be stepped on. Still have parts laid out over my driveway. Countless meetings where I would take time off from work and the owner saying he'd be there, instead sending employees who just felt powerless to help. Lots of broken promises of "We'll get it done, Next week", with the next week turned into more and more weeks and more and more broken promises and now months have gone by and still not done!!. I have owned numerous businesses and homes for my many years of life, never had to file a complaint with BBB, as this is the ***** experience by far! ******!Integrating Successful Projects (ISP) Roofing & Construction Response

*****,
Thank you for your feedback, and I want to sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment youve experienced. I understand how important it is to find a reliable contractor, and it is deeply concerning to hear that we did not meet your expectations. We take your concerns seriously and want to address them in a professional and constructive manner.
We strive to complete every project with the highest level of quality and professionalism, but unfortunately, there were several challenges on your project that affected both the timeline and execution. While we understand that the delays and inspections were frustrating, we did everything we could with the resources available to us. It is our belief that the finished product reflects the hard work put in by our team.
Regarding the additional issues you raised, we acknowledge that the deck did not meet your satisfaction, and we are sorry that it did not pass county inspection. We have always made it a priority to resolve any issues that arise. If any part of the project was left incomplete, we are more than willing to revisit it to find a solution.
However, I must address some serious concerns regarding our interactions moving forward. We made multiple attempts to resolve issues, but after a certain point, communication from your side ceased entirely. Despite our efforts to address your concerns and schedule work to correct any deficiencies, you stopped responding to our calls and emails. Moreover, during a recent site visit, one of our employees was physically confronted by you, which is not acceptable. We take the safety and well-being of our team members seriously, and physical altercations are not something we tolerate under any circumstances.
That being said, I would like to address your ongoing balance with us. As of now, there remains an outstanding balance for the work completed, and it is important to note that payment is due as agreed upon. We are committed to resolving any legitimate issues, but we also need to emphasize the importance of fulfilling financial obligations as part of the agreement.
We value every customer, and I am disappointed that we could not provide the experience you were hoping for. Please know that we are open to discussing any specific concerns you have, and we hope to find a resolution that satisfies both parties.
Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention, and we remain committed to resolving them in a fair and professional manner.Customer Response

The project, originally promised to be completed by a "crew" within two weeks, has now extended to nine months. The primary worker assigned to this task possesses inadequate craftsmanship skills (assisted by his wife whom 'm sure does not have appropriate training).Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues, including several meetings that I took time off work to attend, the owner has frequently not shown up, and on one occasion, no one appeared at all. It was only after I posted an honest review to warn others about the deceptive practices of ISP Roofing and Construction that the owner finally reached out, professing concern. This gesture is, in my opinion, a farce, given the distress I have experienced. There have been numerous broken promises regarding the arrival of a "crew" to address the various deficiencies in the project. I have made unwarranted compromises regarding the imperfections that should not have been my responsibility.Additionally, multiple contractors have since assessed the workmanship and identified several inadequacies, which have resulted in a failed county inspection. With supporting documentation, exhibits, expert witnesses, evidence of breach of contract, and billing statements indicating fraudulent practices, I am prepared to pursue this matter in court. As for any physical confrontation with an employee, I anticipate that cross-examination of this person will bring forth the falsity of this claim to the court and will reveal the full extent of the all the issues at hand."If you truly value every customer, then the only resolution I am willing to accept is for ISP Roofing and Construction to pay a company of my choosing, which is not affiliated with you, to complete the job that the owner has inadequately and irresponsibly took on beyond capacity."Review from Robbie D

The owner of ISP, **** required that I apply for a loan to cover what my deductible & insurance did not. I am on social security & knew I won't qualify & told them that. They insisted. ************* from there. Insurance told them that only 3 sides of my house were authorize to paint & only 75% of the gutters needed replacement. The roofers proceeded to rip down all the gutters damaging them all - **** stated that he would pay for destroyed gutters out of his pocket yet, the invoice he sent State Farm is billing for all the gutters. When the gutter crew came out they placed their ladders on the new shingles over my back porch leaving indentations all across that roof - the roofers had to come out of replace the damaged shingles - again I was told that expense would be handled by **** - the invoice does not reflect that. Then there was a gap of over a month because of an insurance check being cut in half while in ****'s care - Was told no work would be done until he got paid, then told no work could be done due to weather, then it was due to lack of product, etc When **** submitted the claim for my garage door it was submitted as being 59.5inches wide by 39.35inches tall & double hung which is totally wrong it was 16feet x 6.9feet tall. - That was corrected HOWEVER when **** submitted it to the garage door installer the request was for a 16foot x 7foot door which did not fit correctly & had to be redone. Then comes my kitchen garden window - **** plans were to not paint that side of the house until the window is replaced - he wanted to paint the other three sides first then come back after the window is replaced - problem is that side of the house was approved by insurance but NOT one of the sides he wanted to paint anyway - then once the window is replaced he would paint that side later.Somehow **** managed to have his company's name place on my mortgage as an authorized third party. That was removed!State Farm is only approving $20,000. ISP wants over $35,000Review from Oscar W

We had a very positive result with this company. The owner, *****************, did most of the dealings with our insurance company which took a lot of stress off of **. And our new roof is so nice and was done in one day, including all the cleanup. There was no trash left at all. We liked the company so well that we recommended them to our son who is now having this company replace his hail damaged roof.Integrating Successful Projects (ISP) Roofing & Construction Response
