November 21, 2024 paid for a Wavier of Replat in order to build a garage on my property.******* ****** and ****** ******* that I have had phone meetings with use terminology that sounds like they are looking for kickbacks or bribes in order to approve the Wavier. They each mention that they have certain people or businesses that will provide professional documents for this process.Currently ******* ****** has sent a ****** photo that is supposed to show a cottage on my property that is over the property line. But the ****** photo is unclear and shows shadows that indicate that the photo is slanted and its accuracy is not accurate. He is claiming that I need a survey which costs over $10,000.00 USD in order to satisfy the City surveyor, but I do not hear from this unmentioned surveyor. He is stating that I need to destroy that building to remedy the situation. That building has been there for over 75 years, with no survey issue when buying this property or building other gardening sheds. Their estimate is that one corner of the building might be 1 foot slanted triangle which tapers to no more than 2 or 3 inches wide over the property line, which is untrue when the property was surveyed when I bought the property 46 years ago. When the survey was done by ENT ************ for a mortgage on the property, I was never given a hard copy of the survey. If this was an actual business, their terms and language they use are exactly what a scam artist uses to ******* people out of increasing amounts of money in order to do business with them.Just because it is the City does not mean that these people are honest or above reproach.
