- Additional Info:In December 2024, BBB investigated Expres Auto Parts business practices. This investigation was prompted by a large volume of complaints and Scam Tracker reports. All of the complaints filed stated the customers paid in full and never received the product. One of the victims stated, “I have obviously been a victim of a scam that hijacks info from a legitimate website” On December 16th 2024 BBB confirmed by returned postal mail, that the address where Expres Auto Parts is occupied by another business.

As of 0205/2025, BBB has exhausted all forms of contact to the business. All phone numbers, websites, and email addresses have been disconnected and all postal mail communications have been returned to sender.
