    Sold me a lemon vehicle and warranty for a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk. I came out of pocket $5k immediately because autonation denied selling me the warranty and I had to find repairs for the car in the first week on my own and get warranty company to reimburse me. The vehicle has been undrivable since before repairs could finish being rendered due to NHTSA safety issues for fire. General manager has been unable to speak and returned phone calls to me, the repossession team or the creditors despite 20+ attempts to contact them over the past year since the issues have gone on. They sold an undrivable vehicle and now are avoiding discussing, hanging up, being outright rude on the phone in lower levels and dismissing an issue caused by predatory sales and lending practices. This practice is not only illegal, but against their advertised practices of standing behind vehicles and warranty products they are selling. I have followed up continuously and autonation refuses to even speak on the issue, much less cover their wrong doings

    Title: AutoNation Dodge Colorado Springs Review: A Warning for Disabled Veterans I want to share a disappointing experience at AutoNation Dodge in Colorado Springs, particularly with disabled veterans who might trust their community support ads. Shortly after buying a **** F150, I found it had severe, missed rust issues. The truck's underside and frame were so rusted that a technician deemed it unsafe. Despite this, AutoNation was dismissive, only offering an average trade-in for another vehicle at the total price.They denied any leaks, contrary to clear evidence. My proposal to roll back the deal and use my down payment for a similar truck was refused, offering only a tiny fraction of the F150's price. Having trusted AutoNation in ******, this incident in Colorado Springs broke my trust. I advise caution with AutoNation Dodge, especially for fellow disabled veterans. My disability prevented a personal inspection, a ****** in vigilance I've learned the hard way.**** (Service Connected Disabled Veteran)

    LIED to our face. We were told by two people that the car came with a 3-month warranty. Didn't bring a lawyer to review the paperwork. Of course when there was a problem they claimed it didn't apply to the car we bought. Do NOT trust these people. Very unethical.

    Buyer Beware.This dealership knew that the Ram **** Power Wagon would shake violently on the highways that we drive frequently. It's only after purchasing the truck and driving it that we found this out and online research led us to understand this has been a problem with their trucks for YEARS.The service manager at Colorado Springs Dodge told us this is a known problem with no solution.Why would you withhold this information from your buyers?We asked to sell it back after 2.5 months because the shaking was so intense and apparently not fixable (per their service department). They were not willing to help us at all and wanted to leave us in the hole to the tune of $15k.Now we're stuck in a truck we hate, a very uncomfortable if not dangerous drive, and no way out of this financial hole.This is completely unethical. Do better!

    My husband and I bought a new 2022 Ram **** **************** Edition and had it shipped to our home in ********. ********************* was AMAZING. Always a text or phone call away to make our purchase and transport so easy. Even on a Sunday he responded immediately.We highly recommend!

    Went to go look at some vehicles and the sales guy told me they only had one they would even consider selling me and that he would go get it for me. We go on a test drive and he takes the keys to my car to give to his manager so he can get the vin and mileage and when I get back he hands me my keys back broken in half and says it was my fault and if they want they can order a new one for the price of 195$. Meanwhile I ask them how they expect me to start my vehicle so I can leave and the store manager asks to see my key so he can fix it and his solution was to tape it back together.. worst attitudes and customer service Ive ever had at a business and they were even courteous enough to call me back and ask if I was coming back to buy a new vehicle
