Went to this car wash on 09/18/2022 around 2:45 pm MST to get a car wash. We paid for the $11 wash and upon entering the wash, which they have an attendant there to guide you in, our car was scraped on the track that guides the vehicle and the bumper got caught on it. It is a lower vehicle and the attendant failed to advise that our vehicle was too low. It is not a modified vehicle either, all factory parts. Once I heard the bumper scraping as soon as it hit the track, I stopped the vehicle. The attendant continued to tell me to pull in. One of the other attendants came down and told me to reverse out. Upon reversing out I could hear that it was ripping the bumper off to the point where the attendant had to hold onto it to prevent further damage. It ripped off the left side of the bumper, the skid plate, lights inside the bumper and other pieces. I attempted to reconcile this with the company and filed an incident report. They responded on 09/20 advising they would not pay due to pre-existing damage. The vehicle has clips on the bumper that come loose sometimes and you have to pop the bumper back in, but it was not damaged. I asked what the purpose of the attendant is and the manager ******************* advised they are there to guide the vehicle on the track. Considering my vehicle did not make it completely on the track and she failed to advise the vehicle was too low I do not consider us at fault or responsible for their employee negligence. I am unaware of how I was supposed to know that the car was too low for the track without their guidance. I am very disappointed with the damage, the outcome, and their lack of providing a solution to indemnify their mistakes.

I had used this car wash with my car and when I finished I got out and had noticed my front passenger side trim above the tire was ripped off and my tire was popped as well I went to the manager his name was ******** and he had me file an incident report and then I went and got my tire fixed because I needed to be able to at least drive my car and ******************* did it for free so I thank them for that and ******** got back to me 3 days later he sent a picture with a red circle over my trim over a line where one part of the trim connects to the bumper he was claiming there was preexisting damage because there was a line in the body of my car which it was suppose to be there its how it was made I told them that and ******** sent a picture of a ***** cx-3 which is my car and says look at how smooth and flush it is, it wasnt flush enough so they still wouldnt pay for it saying I damaged it I have multiple people that were with me the day before that would tell me that my car was in good condition no damage at all besides the front engine splash pad which is no where near the piece that was broken not to mention the dents right above the damage that I hadnt noticed before but there are decent sized dents right there and my car is in good condition I will upload the so called preexisting damage and then a picture of the actual damage and then a picture of the other side of where they circled calling it damage
