After I paid off my loan they have been giving me the runaround. You try to get a hold of him and it takes them days to get back to you. They randomly take weeks off work and dont notify their customers top teeth keep breaking implant failed said they wouldnt do another implant because Im a smoker even though they went ahead and did the initial surgery and everything to begin with. So now I only have one implant on one side on the top left side teeth keep moving and keep breaking. They talk to me about a real line and said they would call me about an appointment to get it done and have yet to call me.Renew Anchored Dentures Response

Has been a nightmare from the start. Poor workmanship dentures breaking. Never able to Get the fit right. Gum damage. Pain from dentures. Unable to eat. **************. Now has been sold and expected to pay for adjustments. $50. For a small piece that fell out do to poor workmanship.Renew Anchored Dentures Response

Hi, Im sorry that there is a charge for your denture repair. In the past, we were able to provide this service at no cost, but the practice is now an affiliate owned by the current doctor. Im glad you were able to benefit from free repairs before, but I hope you understand that a $50 fee for a denture repair is not unreasonable. Thank you for your understanding.Review from George W

There was and is no confusion! When I accepted the implants with ReNew, I was clearly told my visits, and repairs were covered for life. Reading these reviews, I can see I wasn't the only one duped. I made the mistake of thinking this company had integrity. I was wrong! I am not sure how often they alter their name, and claim they are a subsidiary, but after speaking with other patients, it appears it is an ongoing hustle.Renew Anchored Dentures Response

I apologize for any confusion the Lifetime Guarantee may have caused. In the past, Renew offered certain appointments at no charge, but the Lifetime Guarantee does not state that this is included. The guarantee covers the dentures and implants, but does not mention free adjustments, relines, or cap changes. However, if you have documentation that states otherwise, I would be happy to honor it.Once again, I apologize for the misunderstanding.Review from Martin W

I hired renew to do my anchored dentures about three years ago,I chose renew because they offered a lifetime warranty, now I need an adjustment and they what to charge me fifty dollars for each inpatient where before it was covered. I am sorry for the confusion regarding the Lifetime Guarantee. The *** only covers the implants and dentures, but not adjustments or replacements of inserts/caps. Please review your copy of the ***. Again, I am sorry if your felt it was misleading.Renew Anchored Dentures Response

I was not impressed. There were factors to where the implants could be placed where they needed to be and instead of discussing it with me they went ahead with the procedure. My guess is so they wouldnt lose out on money. I will be seeking legal advice as to whether to file a lawsuit.Renew Anchored Dentures Response

I have reviewed your chart notes and see you had a free one hour consultation regarding the treatment we offer, a three hour Comprehensive Exam where we gather all the information we need prior to your surgery day. I also see you signed your Treatment Plan, along with the doctor and all of your consent forms for the day of surgery, so I am unsure where the miss is? I am a current patient, and I am having a hard time getting my insurance (MetLife) paperwork properly filled out. I have contacted ***************** of your corporate office numerous times and to no avail. This has been going on since May 2023, they are asking for 5 things on the explanation of benefits, 1. Name of treating dentist 2. Tax identification number, 3. Eff. date of tax id number 4. Legal name of tax id number 5. date of service. Every time Mr. **** provides them the information, they say that the tax id does not match the name of the treating dentist, on the form Mr. **** filled out and submitted to them on my behalf. Does Renew not share the correct information with their employees to fill out the insurance forms, are they hiding something? I would like to get reimbursed for a portion of the fees; I have paid. Please know that I am not complaining about the dentist. The dentist office is wonderful, and I am in my final stages and am just needing a little assistance in getting the necessary information sent over to *************************Renew Anchored Dentures Response

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Renew is not an "in network provider" like a lot of dental practices; we are a fee for service practice. This means we do not submit to insurance companies. The service we provide is elective by the patient, like plastic surgery. **** is an Office Manager and obviously has gone above and beyond by submitting this to your insurance on your behalf. Im totally upset at Renew they just up and left without any notice after taking $23,000 from me. I asked if the new dental office would honor the lifetime guarantee and they said no. I feel cheated because that was one of the factors that I chose renew. I feel that they owe me some money back if the other dentist office is not going to honor the warranty.Renew Anchored Dentures Response

Closed the office in Long Island City without any notice I called the corporate office and was referred to ****************** called them and they never got back to me I have no teeth in my mouth only temporary teeth.
