“On March 3, 2022, Ent Credit Union entered into an Assurance of Discontinuance with the Attorney General of Colorado. The Assurance settles allegations Ent Credit Union failed to refund all or a prorated amount of the unearned GAP premiums. Ent made payments in 2020 to affected customers before the Administrator had contacted the business. Terms of the Assurance, Ent Credit Union, agreed to repay unearned GAP premiums to Coloradans totaling over $5.16 million. The Assurance was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law.
