It's been a month since the owner of KBC came to our house and appraised our roof situation. He indicated it would take 10 days to prepare an estimate. We have not heard a thing since he left. I have sent an email to him and left three phone calls with his staff asking for a response. Nothing! I hate it when contractors refuse to return your calls. I would never use this roofing contractor since it refuses to respond. If there was a 0 for the review, I would use it. ************

Where to start?First, if this company has done work for you, you might want to start by looking at the price of the work according to your insurance company, and what KBC lists on their permits.I hired KBC to do some Commercial and Residential work for me. They didn't pull valid permits for either. (can be found in the public ***** archives.)(the home work they just didn't pull a permit at all until the damage they did to the house was addressed. For the commercial work they listed the permit price as less than half the actual price, which according to *****'s building code means it's not a valid permit.) KBC would go on to list invalid permit prices, or do work without a permit multiple times on this same project.For the residential work, KBC put 7 nails directly through our main electrical panel, including hitting one of the two main wires feeding power to the house from the street. We found multiple locations with arcing inside the electrical panel afterwards.For the commercial work, the work wasn't done to code, and had to be completely redone on multiple occasions. It should never take 3+ years for a 4 square roof to get done to code. KBC put over a dozen holes in the new roof, then did a terrible job patching the holes they made. Eventually the coping which wasn't secured properly which KBC knew about for years blew off the building on a windy day. (see ******* videos under company name.)Not only was the work not done properly, but KBC repeatedly created hazardous conditions at the work site by not staging materials safely, even after specifically being reminded to secure their loads when staging. To date, this work on the commercial roof still isn't to code, but I've given up on KBC ever following through. This project started in 2019, and still hasn't been done properly or to code.

Your work 'passed inspection' but wasn't to code. The work not being done to code, and unsafe job site practices led to numerous life safety issues.Even when informed (for years) of the short comings of the work, rather than fixing it you just relied on 'it passed inspection'. Giant metal sheets of coping ripped off of the building and almost hit someone below, because you had more than 4' between your fasteners (one piece was over 8' with no fasteners), while code requires them every 2' or less.You can't deny any of what I wrote, because it's all true. You just keep parroting that it passed inspection like that changes the shoddy and seriously dangerous nature of the work you've done.

Krueger ***** has done multiple projects at my home including roof, windows, and doors. Every team Krueger **** has sent to my home have been knowledgeable, efficient, and provided excellent customer service. The **** and ******* management team must be doing something right! It starts with ****** and ******, who answer the phone with "I can help you" not how. From the start, you know you are in good hands. I purchased the windows from ***************, who sets the threshold for customer service and product knowledge. ******** took over his position and she has not disappointed with her excellent follow through. Recently, **** ****** and **** installed a series of new Pella windows. They worked as a team and went above and beyond to ensure my 100% satisfaction. It was evident they had received top training and worked tirelessly to resolve and issues. Their cleanup was immaculate. *** brought a door issue to my attention (nonrelated to the project) and offered to fix it as well! Totally above and beyond service. They made the process effortless for me and addressed all my questions. Windows are usually not the most exciting addition to a home, but mine are breathtaking! I have not lowered the blinds yet!Josh, the project manager, was the go-to person and his consistent communication and follow through have ensured a seamless execution. **** has followed up on many issues for my home. ****** customer service cannot be overstated. He takes on issues rather than put the burden on the customer. **** provides quality expertise and explains options to resolve issues, so you know exactly what you are getting.When you make a large purchase for your home, you should expect quality product and service. With Krueger ****, I have never had any doubts and will continue to use their services for that very reason. The one standard you receive from Krueger ***** that you can never put a price on is INTEGRITY! This company owns it!Thank you, ****, ******* and the entire team!

I am extremely pleased with the new Fiberon composite deck (with Fortress steel railing) that the Krueger Brothers Construction team installed for me last August! From beginning to end, every single Krueger Brothers rep was responsive, professional, and friendly. My experience began with KB exterior specialist, *************************. ****** came to my house to give me an estimate (May 13). He brought color and material samples and made some great suggestions. What I appreciated most is that he did not push me into a high-priced scenario. In fact, the estimate was set up so that I was presented with a baseline reflective of what I said I wanted, and then different add-ons were included in my estimate - separately - for my consideration. I never felt pressured to purchase or make a particular selection. KB was smart to hire ******. He set the tone for my experience with the company. A real nice guy and helpful. I knew after meeting him, that I was probably going to have a very positive work relationship with the rest of the crew.Once I made a decision on the design and committed to the project financially, a project mtg was scheduled for June 4 and a team of KB folks came out to my house to discuss how they would proceed with the deck install. My deck was pretty straightforward: 13x13 composite material to replace an old, rotted 12x12 wood deck. *****************, the project manager assigned to my project, was present to advise and, in particular, take a look at an awkward piping issue I had that might impact the deck's build. I think it took 3-4 days for the guys to put the deck in (July 22/July 26). The build team did a fantastic job! They were courteous, informative, and they cleaned up each night after their day's work. A huge thanks to ********************* (construction manager), **************************, and ****! You guys do amazing work.Last week, **** ******* *****, and **** came out to install a deck gate at my request. Same great experience! Friendly, professional, and skilled. 5+ stars
