Extremely shady service. They overcharged my husband for an item but $50 and refused to provide a receipt after 3 attempts. Later they called and said it was an upcharge for labor. When I already was paying 180/hr for labor. AND continued to not provide a receipt. An itemized receipt should break down labor anyways, not randomly stick on extra money for a specific material. Scammers and shady. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Good afternoon,I am sorry you are displeased, we showed up to your house on a troubleshoot matter, our rates are labor and then material. We were at your house for a total of 2.5 hours which states in your invoice this amount, we then charged you for the material. You were unfortunately unhappy of the fact that you didn't pay for ********** Prices, we are allowed to mark up our material cost , just like any other business would. We would never scam anyone and I am sorry you felt that way. We did also provide you with an itemized invoice. We did see your email of 3 attempts but we also have proof we attempted to call you multiple times Again we apologize for your frustration and if you ever need anything we are here Owner/Operator **** *******Review from Max F

This company is fraudulent. Not one of their electricians are certified, and they are not trained on how to do proper work. *********************** has put many people in danger with his shakey morals. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. This company is liable to a lawsuit from anyone because the crews that dispatch everyday are not qualified.Apache Electric & Maintenance, Inc Response

This is not true we have certified Electricians and we also have apprentice electricians. The apprentice electricians are in training and being trained. I am the Master electrician of the company so whoever ********************* is we have never done any work for him as we can not find him in our customer database.Review from Bee R

Five star company - five star service. I blew my circuit this morning and its fixed already. Very professional and pleasant knowledgeable electrician (Hunter) that they sent. I have nothing but great things to say about Apache! I had them come out to fix some electrical issues I was having and he found the issue immediately. The gentleman was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. He was also very patient as I asked a million questions. I would definitely hire them again!Apache Electric & Maintenance, Inc Response

I had gotten an estimate from Apache Electric about 10 days ago for installation of two security cameras. I was very impressed and was supposed to get an email with the estimate. Never got one. Called today and while I was on the phone the gal said "I just sent it". 5 hours later I still don't have an email and YES I have checked my spam folder.....multiple times. I still don't have an email. It's a shame that a company with so many recommendations on the ************************* Ranch FB page disregards potential customers in this manner.Apache Electric & Maintenance, Inc Response

Shout out to Apache Electric and namely ******* and ***** who showed up on time, did a great job addressing my issue with a chandelier and overall were super nice, helpful, and professional. It took months for them to get in contact with this after the initial first phone call then we made up a time for them to come out they never called they never showed so then we set up another time and they come out and did half the work so we set up another time and again there's no call no show no communication just show up whenever they want call people whenever they want don't waste your time there are plenty of other electric companies out there that will respect the customers who keep them in businessApache Electric & Maintenance, Inc Response

We had made multiple attempts to communicate with this customer. ************* was difficult to work with on multiple occasions. as a result, we were told by ************* to communicate with **** (her husband). Our company policy for arrival time was explained in detail after expectations were not met. We here at Apache are known for accommodating our customers whenever possible. Unfortunately, we were turned away from performing this service when inside our arrival time window. We have made several attempts to resolve this to no avail. The large window of time that has transpired was due to multiple logistics issues outside of Apache Electrics control. ERC is our Contractor dispatching this work, and material which they supply.
