I ordered 3 welder caps in may of ********************** 2023 paid close to $100 and never received them even though the hats I ordered said they were in stock Ive sent a email to the email address provided on their website and tried calling them with the number on ******** but the number was wrong and no response from the email address I dont know if its a true business but this needs investigation because every current review Ive seen is saying the same things at this point it was my loss but like to get my caps or money refundedReview from Ronnie H

I ordered $153.13 worth of caps on 10-2-21 and have never heard a thing from these people, Ive called numerous times to a disconnected #, numerous messages to messages to website and not even a response! ************* sad thing is, I like their product, Ive had several of their caps! I wish I knew what is going on with my order?Review from Brianna M

Paid $90 to never receive my order (or any updates on delays) over a month later. I've emailed multiple times and reached out on social media with no replies. And if you comment on their social media, they'll delete your comment. Please do not order from this company, the customer service is terrible if there are any issues with your order. I can understand being busy and I will absolutely wait if I receive a reply stating there are delays. But I just feel scammed out of my money at this point.Review from Paul C

That make such a nice product and shipped very quickly, but they sent me the wrong size hat. The only way to get hold off them is email as they don't publish a phone number. I've emailed them numerous times and have not heard back from them. I paid $35 for a product that I can not use because it is the wrong size. Great products but horrible customer service!
