It's hard to find builders that do any quality work in homes these days. building or buy-in his a difficult process, but I give them 5 stars because I'm happy with the overall quality

Im giving them an extra star because the house is well built. The whole home buying experience had been rough. The biggest issue is that they did not plan properly in the building phase which led to 3 delays in closing. It happens, things get delayed. The issue is that they did not inform me of the last delay until 24 hours prior to the scheduled closure. That left me with 24 hours to find a place for me and my wife and 2 children a dog and cat to live, along with rerouting my home goods as they were in route from ****************. My issue now is that my kitchen floor was extremely warped. They fixed it, mostly, but they havent reassembled the cabinet trim and its been over 2 months. The corporate warranty personnel have ignored my emails and calls to try and get them to put my kitchen back together. I would not recommend this company.

We built our home from another state after coming to the Springs to find a home we wanted to build. They said Trust us, you will love your home. We moved in the first week of June and have been trying to get our kitchen, floors, trim, cabinets, front door, French doors, chipped tiles and numerous other issues that have yet to be fixed. *** documented emails, texts and phone calls to their warranty department since the 1st week we moved in. Ive sent dozens of pictures. The quality of their products is subpar and so is their work. Our entire kitchen needs to be fixed. Cabinets with chips, cracks and chunks out on the bottom. We have a hole in the wall behind our desk drawer in the kitchen. All the trim work on cabinets need replaced, Our toe kick has huge holes cut out in it all around the bottom of our cabinets. The wall next to our oven literally moves inward because they didnt support it. Now we cant get a backsplash put in because the contractor(2) says the tile will not hold. The owner of the company, ******, says they can just nail a piece of trim on it. I couldnt believe it. You cant put a backsplash in with a piece of trim in the corner. The trim around our pantry and shelf need to be fixed. There are cabinets that have chunks broken out in the bottoms and need replaced. We went over all of this with the owner, ******, and he called me last week with other numerous calls about updates on our list of issues and tells me he didnt order cabinets because we didnt tell him. We went over, in great detail while he was here, the issues in our kitchen and said yes he can see it wasnt quality work and theyd fix it. Every single door in our house needs fixed. Our electrical panel needed addressed. Our appliances kept tripping. I have spent months trying to get issues addressed and all I get is I understand your frustration. Im exhausted with all of it. We just want our home fixed and I dont believe theyll do it. Please dont buy a Challenger home.

Claims they have a warranty process but its just a scam to get you to buy their poorly constructed houses. Be ready to spend tens of thousands in repairs out of your own pocket, and you better have a 4wheel drive vehicle to navigate their roads because they sink and fall apart within 1 year.

Poor follow up on ********** grading issues. Have contacted warranty department and project manager several times re: final grade in our home. They will not even respond! This is on a home built for my son and daughter in law in ********************. Other than the yard issue, the home Is very nice!
