This place is absolutely horrible! I came in via ambulance with COVID and they stuck me in the waiting room. They did call me inside for brief review and to slap some hospital bracelets on me, then took me to a separate room next to the waiting room and said they would "be right back.. I think it was specifically for COVID patients. They left me there for hours. The only furniture in the room were chairs. I was in such agony that sitting down caused overwhelming pain. I actually thought about laying down on the floor. After an hour I shuffled out to the main desk And asked if they knew how much longer I'd be there. They said they were waiting for bed to be available. I went back into the room of pain and waited another hour. Went back to the front desk and asked what my status was. I was told they had no idea. After another half hour, I finally called an **** because if I was home, I could at least lay down. My temperature was going up, so I was very weak and my legs were like Jello. We got to my place and the kind **** driver helped me along the sidewalk and up 3 steps to my front porch. I took two steps and collapsed. The driver called out for help and 3 neighbors came to my rescue. They got me up and inside where I was finally able to lie down. The people at Penrose do not care about their patients. Do NOT go there!

Worst experience I've ever had. They have a terrible standard of care. If you have to go there. Take a trusted friend or family member with you and not leave your side.

Very rude person at valet. His name is ****. This man should not represent your service. Needs to be fired

If a nurse is over 50 and highly compensated, they will find a way to fire them. Worst lie of a hospital. You do not want to go to a place that values the dollar over patient health and compassion. I wonder how many nurses they fired over 50 recently?Worst hospital ever

I was taken to the ** on March 31, 2022. While there, they scheduled me for an MRI. A nurse came, asked me to remove my jewelry, my gold wedding band, a pair of diamond earrings and a gold loop. I had had a seizure so was not completely "aware" while there. When I was finally released at 4 p.m. on April 1, a nurse was wheeling me out with my husband and I realized I didn't have my jewelry. My husband rushed back to the **, no one there knew anything about it. The man at lost and found was very good, said nothing had been turned in and to check back. I called daily for a week, nothing. Finally, I called the executive assistant, ****** Left a message telling her what happened, wanted someone "higher up" to know about my supposedly lost jewelry, and to call me back. She never did. This has all been very upsetting to put it mildly. No one cares any more.
